A convoy of cars left Mariupol in the first successful attempt for a humanitarian corridor out of the encircled Ukrainian city.
This came after several failed attempts to arrange people to leave Mariupol.
People have been trapped in the southern city because of the shelling by Russian troops.

the Ukrainian government wanted to negotiated a peace deal with Russia but America and NATO stopped them . The longer the Ukrainians are not yielding to Russian demands , they will keep losing more and more , at the beginning , it was just no NATO membership , neutrality , and Crimea …. Now Ukraine will be obliterated , they will have to give Russia ALL the original demands , and they WILL lose a HUGE chunk of their territories in the east , and perhaps the entire country . Hospital #3 is where I was born in 82..I was born and raised in mariupol ..if you can only imagine how amazing the city really is..watching it getting destroyed is beyond painful..my family is still there, right now,fighting to survive..my best friend of 30 years, my elderly aunt who had triple bypass not too long ago and needs meds, my elderly grandma, who needs meds ..and so many more; the people I grew up with. I had such a happy childhood, despite being raised in a communist country..and when Ukraine became Independent, life began to get even better …pootin isn’t rescuing my people, he’s performing genocide…
