In this video I share with you my hair loss story. Back in my 20’s, I would have been reluctant to do so, because I felt depressed, frustrated, and embarrassed. However, today I feel empowered to share my hair loss story.
A lot of men have been asking me to do a video on this topic because they are going through the same experience that I went through, and are looking for advice with regards to how I coped with this process.
First and foremost, if you are someone who is experiencing hair loss, I want you to understand that I know exactly how you feel. As men, so much of who we are and our identity is based on how we look, and hair is a big part of that. My hair loss story was a large part of my identity for many years.
Nobody wants to lose their hair. Yes, hair loss sucks, and there’s no shame in admitting that, but once you hear my hair loss story and the solution that worked for me, you may change your perspective.

Balding? I’ve got the video for you today! I’ve had many people ask me over the years to share my experience and story with hair loss and going bald. If you’re going through this right now, then I know how much it can affect your self-esteem and self-confidence. Ultimately, I always viewed it as a wake up call for me and a call to action to grow and step into being a confident man, regardless of something as silly as having hair on my head. True confidence and self-esteem isn’t dependant on how you look or anything external, but at the core of who you are.
When I was in my 20’s i went through a phase in which I was in horrible fear that i was going to lose my hair. I had a full head of hair, but my brothers from my fathers side had all gone bald in their 20’s. I became obsessed with finding ways to prevent it. I used special shampoos …jojoba oil….minerals etc…and now I am 37 and nothing happened…lol i still have a full head of hair…it was just a very unhealthy time where i was worrying about something that wasnt’ even happening. lol story of my life

I recently shaved my head and realized that on top of all these benefits Stefan is taking about, I get more benefits such as: shampoo and conditioner savings, no more hair brushes, less time spent stilling, no more visits to the hairdresser amongst other things. Cons: You have to play with your beard if you want to look different, feels too cold 🥶 or hot 🥵 many times, you have to shave your head at least 3 times a week which is time consuming.

33 here, I’ve pretty much had enough of being self-conscious about my receding hair and a couple months ago I noticed the bald patch. After treatments and other miracles I’ve had enough of this hair controlling me, spent the last hour looking at website and videos about if I should shave.

I did not know you made a video about this, but I can relate, and understand everything you are saying. I’m 31 years old now and my hair started receded when I was 17. It hasn’t got any worst too much after taking care of myself more and more, however I am considering a hair transplant soon

It was my aunt that realised that I was loosing my hair. Instead for going to the hairdresser I let my sister or brother cut my hair with a hair trimmer. That’s how it started and now whenever I trimming my full beard I also letting the beard trimmer do the jobb on my head.

Thank you so much for making this video. I’m 26 years old and unfortunately my family isn’t very supportive with the fact that I’m losing hair but I’m confident. I am considering your advice to completely shave off my head and try new looks. At the end of the day, confidence needs to come from within and there are people who will like you for who you are.

I’m sad that so many men feel so self conscious about hair loss. I know it’s not just about what women think etc, but from my perspective as a woman I often find and relate bald headed men as being very masculine and often very attractive.
Obviously it has to do not just with baldness, and I will be honest facial hair on a bald man is what really boosts the masculine look and attractiveness.
But as cliche as it sounds, for me personality is the above all attractiveness.
I can understand the pressures that men have on their looks, because you all seem to be getting the same asthetic pressures as us woman do. But if anyone were to judge you in a negative way for being bald you are better off not having them in your life.
