To really make sure my “Why?” is solidified in my mind and written down and im reading it before i go to bed and when i wake up and really meditating on feeling my “why?”
I drink a glass of hot water before going to bed. I don’t know the reason why it works for me but whenever I do that, the next morning I don’t have any trouble waking up on the first alarm😋
Love what you do. Love raising a family? You’ll get up. Love your job? You’ll get up. I love building my business so I get up. I go to sleep late. My goal is to be at the gym by 8:00 am. I like to stay up late.
I believe that if you want to wake up early you have to know why you do this and find things that make you active

I don’t wake up early now, but all the valid points that you made has encouraged me to want to push myself to be more productive and get my schoolwork done, earlier in the day (I’m homeschooled so I can go at my own pace).
All good points. I use an alarm app to block time etc for various times throughout the day to keep me on schedule. Helps me keep crushing it! And I use NET time to listen to audiobooks or podcasts when doing stuff that doesn’t require concentration. Smile and have affirmations – “Today is a Great day” “Today, wonderful things happen to me.” “Today, everything is fun and easy” Smile 🙂
This is very useful, though I am waking up at around 4:30 AM, but somedays it feels very lazy..so needs some boost.. this videos seems giving good tips..thanks for sharing Stefan..
I love the point you made. When we stay up past 10 we are usually not productive during those hours.

For me the top tip is trying to go bed around the same time every day, also keeping a bit of a routine and having things to do early in the day, in order to be more productive.

What time does everyone wake up currently?
7 am- 8am
about 8am but I will need to be working around 5am so I have to shift about 4 hours earlier.
5-6am

Awesome video. I wake up at 6.30 am everyday but I will try to push my self to wake up earlier. I know this will help me to archive my goals quicker.
I personally would much rather ware up early than go to bed late…
whenever I need to finish an important task, I usually make myself wake up very early, I found out that I can do things pretty quickly very early in the morning rather than at night
about 3.40am 5 or 6 days a week for the last 5 years

– Put phone on other side of room
– Change my alarm sound
