A person can’t declassify and the FBI planted evidence. How can it be both?
Trump said they kept the tapes rolling during the FBI “raid”. If so, prove it that the FBI planted evidence. He can’t – he’s screwed. I love it – this Special Master is NOT playing the Trump game – Donny is freaking out! LOL.
He admitted to taking government documents that weren’t his. That’s a crime. He resisted efforts to extraordinary lengths to requests for them to be returned & concealed them in different areas. That’s a crime.
Any claim of “privilege” is moot & cannot be claimed because it was in concert with committing crimes. THE CRIME FRAUD EXCEPTION.
Dearie is clearly an exception to the rule (along with a few others while many are still suspect of bias & only ruling against Trump out of self-preservation*), but Cannon’s word-salad rulings are just more proof that GOP members holding public office don’t understand (or won’t accept) what it means to fairly “participate” in American democracy. Her partisan seating is borne out by her actions & the sense of entitlement & being above the law is clear – and unacceptable. Trump-appointed judges & justices need to be subjected to a qualification review and suspend all judgments until cleared.
Dearie’s basic questions highlight the incompetency of Cannon. Why didn’t she ask these questions instead of passing the buck?
But a recent poll shows 61% of Republicans would still vote for 45, EVEN IF HE IS CONVICTED OF A CRIME. That’s more clear proof that the majority of the “Party” is a brainwashed cult – Domestic Terrorist Organization bent on fascism, worthy of dismissal from “participation”.

There is NOTHING in the search warrant about classified documents, the mere fact that he had boxes of ANY documents pertaining to his presidency is illegal in itself ! The Presidential Records Act is very clear, ALL documents had to be sent to NARA, ALL OF THEM, they do not belong to him ! Of course, the fact that some of them were classified is a very aggravating factor, but even if there were none, what he did is still illegal !!! For crying out loud !
