@Project Life Mastery I would like to know more information on the research Asprey was talking about regarding individuals sleeping 6 1/2 hours dying less than those sleeping 8 hours! Its quite concerning because I tend to sleep around 8 hours and make a concerted effort to do so! Is there a link you could give me so I can dig a little deeper for my peace of mind?

I completely agree when he said if you are hungry 30 minutes after you are you at something you should not have. In my clinic I suggest the blood type diet and add things that go with your genetics.
