this story is confusing, it says a 14 year old girl was the sole survivor, but intend to charge a 16 year old driver with theft…… did the driver survive? i would be happy if the driver survived, so he or she could face charges.

I quickly installed an elaborate immobilizer on my affected Hyundai Elantra so the easy theft method being used will not work on my car. Unfortunately that won’t prevent some low life thief from breaking the windows and maybe even the steering column to try to steal it.
