Most people fled the city after the Russian invasion, and many are now looking to move back.

Only access via well manned border crossings with detailed checks in who comes in and who goes out. Ukraine needs a Berlin wall between it and Russia when the war is over. This would protect the rest of Europe’s countries from them too. Let Russia go and attack into China on the other side of the Federation if it’s still not done with war when Ukraine is free of them. And Ukraine joined in NATO so that the weapons are ready just in case.
