Iran’s so-called morality police suspended after months of protests

The unit that monitors women’s clothing in Iran — the so-called morality police — has been suspended following months of protests.
The unrest was sparked by the death of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini in September, after being arrested for allegedly violating a dress code.
