Sam Bankman-Fried Back In U.S. To Face Fraud Charges Linked To FTX Collapse
“crypto king” is more like a crypto con man.
I guess he was released on 250-million-dollar bond. That’s the highest bond figure I’ve ever heard of and it’s more than most people get that are up on murder charges. But I think a defendant usually has to post 10 percent but only if some bail bondsman will accept the risk as the defendant usually has to have collateral. More than likely he had to come up with a lot more than that.
