At the Southern U.S. border, migrants are still trying to cross into the country despite the Texas National Guard’s recent show of force by blocking some migrants from entering with wire barriers. The US propped up brutal dictators for decades In the latter half of 20th century all over Central America for the benefit of The United Fruit Company and other US corporate interests. The issue isn’t a wall, it’s making these people feel welcome and make sure they understand how to get to a border crossing and the process ahead of arriving at the border.
