Latah County Prosecutor Bill Thompson announced that 28-year-old Bryan Kohberger has been arrested in the killings of four Idaho University students, and has been charged with four counts of first-degree murder in addition to felony burglary involving injuring the residents with the intention to commit murder.

@Bill A Um, OJ got off mainly because during the time of his trial, there was massive outcry about racism. His trial was highly politicised and was less to do with evidence and more to do with the black community supporting a known wife-beater just because he was a rich, successful black man.
He left his DNA at the scene. Do you not find DNA credible ?

This “thing” as he’s not human, had a questionaire checklist on a website, asking ppl to fill it out if they committed crimes or have intentions of committing one. He was doing “research” to find out how the person who committing the crime feels at the moment of doing the crime. IMO I think he has committed more crimes.

@Jay K His motive is that he’s a sociopath who killed four random people for his own intellectual curiosity. There is a post of his now going viral, where he introduced himself on Reddit and asked criminals to give him insight into how they felt when they committed crimes.
@Jay K He is undeniaby guilty. His DNA is all over the crime scene, and now supposedly there is surveillance footage of him buying the knives before the attack. He will most likely plead guilty with an insanity defense or commit suicide.

Our criminal justice systems have the goal of justice for defendants and it isn’t possible to deliver justice to victims.

I’d rather him stay alive and reflect all that he’s lost. He was a graduate student which means he had prospects and lost them. He can also reflect on the lives he took and torture himself for it.

You can clearly see Kohberger going into the Hatley Way Walmart on the surveillance footage from November 12th at about 9PM. He goes straight to the kitchen knives, picks one out, leaves the store, and gets into a white vehicle. It’s obviously him cuz he’s wearing a Philly Eagles superbowl jacket and a Washington State Cougars baseball cap. Anyone can access these Walmart surveillance tapes. All the stores upload them on Sunday at 12:01AM to the following website…oh wait, I can’t list it cuz youtube doesn’t allow links.
YouTube allows lots of dodgy links, it’s weird how the algorithm decides which ones to allow.
I am glad they don’t, do you have any idea how many legal cases have been compromised and tossed by criminal courts because of evidence being compromised and jurors being allegedly biased against a plaintiff by sites that do exactly what you’re proposing?
