A Pacific storm continues to pound the state of California a day after flooding and mudslide risks forced the evacuation of thousands of people.
At least 14 people have been killed since last week, according to the California governor’s office, with a five-year-old still missing in the floods.
More than 34 million people are under flood warnings in the state.
