Everyone knows to not do that and leave that kind of digital footprint.. but the women could of used the kids iPad, she could of ser everything up and then vanished because she hated her husband and hated her life and she ran to start a new one.. we’ve seen many cases of someone trying to set up their spouse for their murder.
The problem is prosecution attempting a murder charge without a body. The outcome will depend on the prosecution’s ability to sway a jury when there’s no real evidence that the victim is even dead. The smart move would have been to incarcerate on a lesser charge and gather evidence for future charges in the meantime. If this man truly is guilty, the prosecution’s recklessness is likely going to mean a murder charge won’t stick.

@Chiefline lawyers are not allowed to intentionally misrepresent facts. They can be disbarred, charged with perjury, misconduct and jailed. So the truth is, if he is indeed guilty, she WON’T be able to do much if anything to defend him. That’s the good side of this. Her only job will be to call attention to holes in the prosecution’s evidence and testimony and to dissuade the court of aggravating factors so he doesn’t get the death penalty. And every person equally must get that right to ensure that trials are fair and just. You’ll thank god that system exists if you are ever falsely accused and find yourself the defendant in a criminal case.
