“Wandering cops?” Chuck Todd is just another left wing progressive drooling at the prospect of bigger government. The truth is they do background checks on all applicants and fingerprints are submitted to the FBI, so that information is already there. It’s when police departments don’t act on the information or don’t bother to look it up that results in these things. Atlanta PD lowered it’s hiring standards and this resulted.
