Scottish first minister candidates clash in first live debate

The three candidates competing to succeed Nicola Sturgeon as Scotland’s first minister have held their first televised debate.
They attacked each other over their roles in the government.
The exchanges were dominated by discussions on social and economic policy as well as Scottish independence.
