The Real Estate Agent Academy: Learn how to start and grow your career as a Real Estate Agent to a Six-Figure Income, how to best build your network of clients, expand into luxury markets, and the exact steps I’ve used to grow my business from $0 to over $125 million in sales: https://goo.gl/UFpi4c
First…MAKE A SCHEDULE THE NIGHT BEFORE. No matter how big or small, PLAN THIS OUT the night before so you don’t just wake up and figure out with what you’re going to do without a goal. Trust me, just seeing a to-do list is going to motivate you to get it done. And when it comes to productivity, that’s what matters the most.
Second…MAKE YOUR BED EVERY SINGLE MORNING. I NEVER did this before, but I gotta say…it’s nice. Apparently, the logic behind making your bed every morning is that it starts your day off right and sets the tone for the entire day. Basically, you’ve accomplished the first task of the day and because of that, you’re more likely to accomplish other tasks, as well. It’s also supposed to relieve stress because you now have a clean, tidy room, and that encourages you to clean OTHER parts of the room and house to match the freshly made bed. With less mess, you can think better, and with that, you tend to do better work.
Third…GET THINGS DONE IMMEDIATELY. If there’s ANYTHING I’ve done that leads to increased productivity and money, it’s NOT procrastinating on something. By doing it immediately, you’re going to want to do other things immediately, too.
Fourth…MAKING WHATEVER YOU NEED TO DO A MUST. Tony Robbins talks about this all the time…you have wants, and you have MUSTS. The wants just become desires, and the MUSTS become a reality. I can’t even begin to tell you how true this is. When you turn your goals or to-do lists into MUSTS, and you DO THEM IMMEDIATELY, they happen. If you want it badly enough, you HAVE to make it a MUST.
Fifth…EXERCISE DAILY. I find that when I work out, I do better quality work, I think quicker, I’m able to be more creative, and I’m able to be a more energetic person. If you’re not going to the gym, force yourself to go. Try it for 3 months…even if that means you just go to the gym and walk on a treadmill for 20 minutes just to say you’ve done, do it. Then evaluate after 3 months whether you feel it’s a waste of time. I wholeheartedly agree that weight lifting or going to the gym has made me a MUCH more effective person, and a happier person. It becomes a huge stress relief, it’s one of the few times I can just listen to music and zone out, and even if I didn’t have ANYTHING else to do that day, as long as I go to the gym, I feel accomplished.
And lastly…do these consistently. This doesn’t work if you do it for a week and stop. This is about doing this long term and making it a part of WHO YOU ARE, and from my perspective, these few habits make a NOTICEABLE difference.

Algorithm comment, ty for the info
If I may ask, what type of real estate are you invested in? Do you have any suggestions for lucrative business ventures that may not require substantial startup cash?
Besides rich nd poor stuff, all these habits means a lot to each nd every human being…….
Health wise it’s actually not a good idea to make your bed right away in the morning… 😜 You’re tucking in all the mites and other critters under those covers. 🤢
Wait… if you’re doing stuff immediately then why would you need a list?
Love this video
I bumped my algebra II grade up 2 letter grades by scheduling a kinesiology (running class?) right before my 10AM algebra II class. I chewed a lot of gum that semester, too… and drank coffee so I was super focused for math problems.
Helpful
yeah so true when you clean up your bed in morning then the other sides of the house. then i have a clear mind after that. indeed very well said
Make it a must !
Graham’s girlfriend should react to this video lol
Hey graham, most of my inner circle wont help me get free stocks, or even let me post a link on their FB pages. A good idea would be to ditch the inner circle ya? A circle of no value.

meditate is just for cunts
I’m commenting “something” for the Youtube algorithm 😉
Loved this video, Graham. I’ve struggled with weight issues the past 5 years of my life (38 y/o now), definitely going to be exercising regularly from here on out.
Nice
Love the videos. Keep winning! 💯
Got something immediately done that I was waiting to do later when I felt like it after watching this video. Now getting ready to go to the gym! Feeling great!
This is so real 😎😝

I guess I’ll be poor forever. Perfectionists stress me out and I don’t want to follow a daily list. I want to enjoy the little things in life and have the freedom to do my things freely without a list. Don’t get me wrong, I get my things done and I am responsable. My previous boss learned that from me. She even had a step by step list on how to do things and I told her to just give me my space, the resources I needed for work, timeline and I guaranteed she would have the work done. She trusted me and I turn in the work even before timeline. My point of view is there is no such thing as perfection in any aspect of life. Don’t stress me out with a list because is not going to work with me. If a friend ask me to go for dinner or something I’ll be like no because is not on my list. That’s dum! Throw away the list and enjoy your life as you are accomplishing your goals in life. Hard work and perceverance are the key 😉.
Just commenting for your algorithm. I Love your videos and want to support you! Thank you!!!
Yes indeed
Thank you. This is the most practical “rich people habits” video I have ever seen.
Do you follow Jordan Peterson?

WOW!
Comment added for the algorithm.
Now I’m in quarantine being all productive, making my bed, working out and taking online courses about personal finance and business related content… Thanks Graham!… No, really thanks you helped a lot 🙂 great videos
White board To-Do lists. They will change your life.
Graham, could you post a compilation of bloopers from your videos. I think that would be cool to watch.
Well, who knows? Maybe if you had these habits, you’d be a billionaire instead of a millionaire.
Hahaha you got my like because yes youtube videos are better then TV and all the bs that goes on there.
1) Make a plan the night before
2) Make your bed
3) Do things immediately
4) Make what you need to do a “Must”
5) Exercise often
Great video
Graham, I think your content is good enough that people would naturally like and subscribe, if they ever would. I feel like it’s a bit much. Anyway, thanks for all that you do!
Great info
Do things immediately:
Stops watching this video to do the dishes xD.
Ok dad
Those habits aren’t bad, besides the videos are useful as a reminder, they don’t hurt…
Most people don’t like making the bed. The rich have people do it for them.
thanks for the info! i love your videos.
Making your bed is huge. Also keeping everything neat and uncluttered is also huge. It just feels much less stressful when your house/workspace is neat and organized.
Relatively new to this channel but have loved every video!!
Seems like these tips are about getting more things done – if you are doing the right things, then doing more of them more often by being way more productive is going to speed up your journey, which is what makes people rich I guess. Like, a lot of people are probably doing the right things in terms of making and saving money so they will get there eventually, but if they take ten times as many actions then that would show up as being rich as opposed to being ok.
Hey how are you
You are not saying anything different to the pattern that all successful people do. You are just repeating the same as all the YouTuber are saying about rich people routine
For youtube algorithm
Im so impressed with you. Your just smart bur i wish ur not to stingy

how do you work out with that food you eat? where is your energy come from? I need the secret!!
Getting up early. You don’t have kids I take it?
Coming from someone who forced myself to do all these things for the past almost 2 years, how do you stay motivated in a healthy way? Recently I found myself feeling down because I was forcing myself to always do more until I reached a breaking point and I just can’t bring myself to be productive anymore. I felt stressed, depressed, and just overall bad about myself. I found myself comparing everything about me to other people because I always wanted to be better. I realized that I was being like a tyrant to myself because I was bossing myself around and it was becoming more and more toxic as the months go by.
9am is 12 noon here. At that point I’ve had two meals, two coffees, and hoping the next 5-8 hours of work goes by quicker.
I believe working out is your meditation. It can be when walking or sitting. Could being in an awe of gorgeous art or nature. Anything that clears your mind or is a single focus. Of course there are many schools of thought about meditation, but a Tai Chi professor taught this one and I like it. By the way, I love your videos and the information you have here is spot on.
to everyone you don’t have to go to the gym, just do push ups every day and do fasting, its more about consistency
for some reason u have a resemblance to tom cruise
I like that saying “Late nights is as good as early mornings”
This popped up on my suggested videos, how ’bout that!
Enjoyed you ‘five things’, especially making your bed. I have a very personal story about that one that basically saved my life.
I also lost over 50 pounds over a period of six months because I told myself that I only had to drive to the gym three times a week and walk-in. As Woody Allen said, 80 percent of success is showing up.
Anything.
There. I commented “anything” for the YouTube algorithm.
Really needed to hear the consistent gym going. Thanks!
Thumbs down just because of the pewdiepie add.
Aye man you kill it with these videos.
I want Graham in Congress. He lived the American Dream so he knows what would make it easier and id want him in Congress.
This was really motivating to focus on my Cybersecurity career and life insurance business.
Started waking up at 5am to get my powerlifting training done before the day get started 👍
I have none of the aforementioned habits. Still I am a millionaire.
ANYTHING FOR YOU
I must tell you this. GREAT post ♥️ Thank you!
It’*s so funny
I love the video, but “do things immediately“ doesn’t work for us ADD people
I’d actually love to see a video of your diet, “what a millennial millionaire first looks like”
I workout in my living room while listening to your videos and similar!
Saving to rewatch every day until I make it a habit in my own life. Thanks Graham.
Me: Just do it. Just go to the gym.
Gets COVID.
Things i notice that my ‘poor’ friends do is just simply not pursuing any goals, they are stagnant in a certain job and aren’t actively looking to climb. For me i have general 1-5 year plans in my mind and I’m always thinking about what I’ll do next, but i notice with these friends i ask them what they want to do and they simply don’t know. They just spend their time watching Netflix, going to bars, traveling etc, with no future goals beyond that.
Great tips! I would like to add eating healthy.
Hi Graham, you’re my absolute hero!!
If i had to choose between earning a few milions of dollars to spend and being able to sleep at anytime,i would choose the sleep withought hesitation!!!(or choose the money, avoid needing to work again with it and go back to sleep)
So why we have the same mindset??? I been doing all your habits 😂 we should read Reddit together one day.
Ok, Ok, im sold…….here’s to getting more done and going to the gym three times weekly for three months………watch this space!
Subscribe to pewdepie? No thanks, he’s seriously dull. Wake up early? No thanks, why bother unless I have to? Meditate? Never tried it. Reading? Yeah sure, whatever takes my interest in addition to watching YouTube educational type videos. Watch TV? Sure I do, I’ve got loads of time to Netflix and chill. No emails in the morning? Lol. What the hell? I’ll check emails whenever I want to. And yeah, I’m seriously rich.

I never make my bed since my room is small and it needs to be on the edge 🙁
I literally watch this video with the same posture as you
Mmm yeees, procrastination via watching videos against procrastination, mmm thank you brain
What’s your watch, Graham? Looks really nice!
Correction: Plan your schedule a week in advance!
You will stress trying to do a weeks worth in a day and realize you have to reschedule half of what you included on the list.
I must do my school work.
I tried the gym for half a year just not my thing but man I love to go for run every other night. There is something for everyone. You just need to find your thing.
Wonderful nice ❤️❤️
Hey to your three year younger self. I hit the like button….
Is that a lotus?
To be honest I almost didn’t watch your video bc the thumbnail makes it look like..as you said..”every other millionaire habit video out there”..but I took a chance and I like it; it’s actually different. I like your mindset and how honest you are. I’m now a new subscriber to your channel. Thanks..I’m curious to see what other content you have that I can make use of.
Thanks for watching send a direct msg right away for more profitable informations..
Landlordism is unearned income according to Adam Smith. The classical economists hated debt because it turns ‘the haves’ into creditors and the ‘have nots’ into debtors. So by virtue of having wealth you can indebt someone to your net benefit. By virtue of not having wealth you must indebt yourself to someone with wealth. This system of incentives NEEDS poor people to exist.
,I recommend HIM ☝️he’s legit and trustworthy he didn’t jeopardize with my credit score like others
As our lives become more focused on technology it’s more common than ever to thank people for gifts on social media. While you should try your best to individually thank those who give you something, these social media posts below are an acceptable option. So I came here again to appreciate you 🙏🏼
