100k at 21?? Sheesh that’s crazy you were already set ! But I love how you worked yourself into a position where now you don’t have to work for life. But really 100k a year? Most adults don’t even make that much a year their whole lives. I’ve been thinking at what career I could go into because I’m 19 now and I haven’t gone to college but I’m working I saved up like 15k and have 2k invested in stocks. I’m going to set up a Roth IRA so at least when I’m older I won’t have to worry. But my problem is what to do right now and how to work to get myself in a position to not work LOL I want a good (paying) career so I can provide for myself and my family. Maybe I should get my real estate license if there’s good money in that. Honestly I would prefer to day trade but I know to actually make a livable income off that you need a large amount of money. How did y’all find your career ? And if you went to college did that actually benefit you?
I worry on the long-term saturation of property owners and rentals. I get the feeling that many jumping in the real estate bandwagon will saturate the rental market only the a few investors reaping the larger rewards of the business. But I may be wrong too. Lol

You can buy in other countries that got low tax rate and affordable luxury. You can actually pay up partly and complete it after some time depends on your negotiation.

Hi Stephen, I’ve been watching your channel a lot recently. I’m almost 21 and I just graduated college with a mechanical engineering degree. I’m looking to where to invest my income into and real estate seems the most pleasing to me and in my best interests. I am currently work a 9-5 job making decent money. I live near Seattle Washington Where the market for real estate has a high value and I don’t see it dropping unless corona virus does really affect it. What would be your advice on investing in my area and the time we live in? I want to do my first home and flip it soon and I learned that for first home buyers you can get a good deal for buying a home with low down payment. A little late on this… but how did you submit those offers directly to the bank during a short sell? I’m currently looking for that first property, and I’m finding that it is extremely difficult to actually speak to the seller/bank. I get redirected 1000 times to different realtors which don’t necessarily have information on the property, just want to represent my “financial interests”. Any tips would be appreciated.
I work in a restaurant that is in a resort. I always pick up extra shifts and work 16+ hour days. It’s awesome because they’ll give but me a nice dinner from the restaurant and the more I’m working the more I’m not spending.
The banks are not stupid. If they accepted 60k for a 250k home there must be a catch.
The mental thing is that you were making 100k from you job after only 2 years. I wish real estate was the same here in the UK, we get paid a set wage + a much smaller commission so the opportunity to make that money is far smaller

I could own 4 apartments of a building with each apartment making me 450 dollars a month and 4 of them making me 1800 dollars a month, so in a year all of them would make 21000 dollars,

I’ve read Rich Dad Poor Dad (best book I’ve ever read BTW), Think And Grow Rich and The Complete Guide To Property Investing by Rob Dix, and I’m not gonna stop reading anytime soon. I have never read this much in my entire life before, because for the first time I’m actually passionate about what I’m reading.

I’m 27, I wish I had this mindset in my teens, but I was young and didn’t know what I wanted to do, and ended up getting kicked out of college for bad grades mainly because I didn’t do the work. I was just goofing off with friends and didn’t take it serious, but now I’m going full speed, this is my first year back in school and I’m about to finish my third semester for the year with A’s and B’s.
