High school cheerleader Payton Washington was shot after a stranger opened fire on her and three friends in the parking lot of a grocery store outside Austin, Texas. @u a b for finding this but alr Do you know how many people die from gun violence every day? 111 people. Compared to the 99 who die from car crashes you can see which is a bigger problem. Also, while I do believe we need some fixes car stuff, there is SENSIBLE precautions to get a car. Like having basic knowledge on it and taking a test. There’s no reason why a gun (which is way more deadly than a car) should be able to be bought without a permit, training, or basic knowledge on how to use it. We DON’T need this much guns with so little regulations.
Also I don’t see cars coming in schools and killing dozens of children
@purple my point is you’re a hypocrite.. if 99 people are dying from car crashes daily then thats still alot of people dying so keep the same energy and ban cars like you want to ban guns.. and actually i know way more people with cars than guns so driving a car is actually more accessible than having a gun.. but out of those 111 deaths how many are gang related? Because im assuming thats most of them.. but there is no regulation to mental health, which is the whole reason this happens.. so every-time someone buys a gun they need to try therapy for a while and take a mental health test and if they fail they wont be able to get a gun.. and also teaching it at 8th grade and higher…. This would literally solve waaaaay more issues than banning guns which looking at he UK hasn’t worked out like they hoped… so hope you can actually focus on the real issue not taking away peoples rights

doubt the kid knocked on the door and instead tried to enter, doubt the girl driving in the guys driveway just drove straight through she probably stopped in his driveway and it looked like a possible home robbery to the man inside, the guy that shot the teenage girl probably thought he was about to be car jacked by some h oez and he wasnt going to have it. This all to blame on the lefties letting people riot and cause destruction and letting those people get away with it. The regular people out there are starting to get fed up
if the kid thought he had the right house and his friend just told him to enter then of course he would but i think in the video he didn’t enter he just knocked the door.. the girl driving probably thought that was the house and probably just stopped outside to make sure… and the third one i can only understand if she attempted to keep opening the door after mistaking it… but either way you dont shoot unless you have a reason to shoot that should be common sense.. if the kid went inside the mans house then thats a reason to shoot.. if the girl got out her car in the driveway with her friends and they all started walking towards the house then shoot at the air and if they keep coming then tell them you’re gonna shoot at them.. js the shooters were more at fault for not shooting while not being threatened..

According to the prosecution, there was no evidence that he tried to enter the home and no evidence of words exchanged. According to them, he opened his own door and opened fire, shooting the child in the head, and once he was on the ground, he shot him a second time.
The story of him trying to enter came from the shooter, as according to the shooter, he tried to open the door.
The victim denied this claiming only to have rang the doorbell. The shooter could have made the whole thing up to make his actions seem justifiable.
If you are going to justify all three of these crimes, then when the leftists finally get what they want and take your guns away, know that you and people like you were partially to blame.
And the woke society will still continue clinging to their guns. The law makers intentions were good but it doesn’t seem like psychos will stop misusing guns any day soon.
We Europeans are standing perplexed seeing as to what the USA has become. Stop Gun Violence.
As tragic as all 3 of these cases are, and how bad of a coincidence that all these 3 case happened in a span of 3 consecutive days in a row. I want to remind people that there are countless of these scenarios similar to these stories that does not end in tragically, and that have been resolved peacefully, with no weapons involved. Those stories just do not air on the news so we don’t know about them. That doesn’t mean it don’t happen.

Maybe I need to read up on the stand your ground law, but shouldnt you see a weapon of some sort? If the person is fleeing by foot or car how does it makes sense to shoot them? Get a description, a tag number, have 911 on the phone but dont shoot if they havent produced a weapon.
