Various programs can be created to use a reduction in taxes by employing those unemployed and having status as homelessness buying homes. No free hand outs everything is required to be used in productive measures tightening the budget ending free hand outs and benifits for nothing no general funds for assistence no building loans or grants to be created. Funds must be used by investors upon deposit with limits to be leveled for failure of contract. Developed real properties that exist which are valued for national pride are up for conditional usage in conjuntion with federal parks and are under thier system of responsi😮blities, Natioal parks are to give empowerment to land used as stations for population advantage, forested lands are required to maintain the entire forested system and clean dead vegation by contractual conditions.
