Yep, never rent to people with bad credit! They have a funny way of eventually not paying rent and not wanting to leave either. Financially, it’s not worth it in the long run.
@Jesus Perez anecdotes don’t make the rules nor do the exceptions. Generally you don’t get a bad credit score out of nowhere and generally it’s due to bad choices. Is that always the case? You know that’s obviously not true but you don’t usually want to roll the dice on an investment when you don’t have to.
Never mix your feelings with your business… even Ben was telling his son to worry about the money hitting his bank account not being nice (something like that)
If it’s legal why even make a fuss about the weed grow? It’s not gonna affect the home value if someone’s growing plants in there.
Probably ingrained into him from weed being illegal for no reason for so long.
Seriously last time I had a cop around where I was living I lit up a joint just because I can it’s legal they couldn’t make me stop smoking my weed.
And yes, their were weed plants growing in the front yes front yard as well because also, legal
@evzv why?
Will the deny me for growing peaches or kale?
If a plant is legal to grow legal to have, the only problem would be if he gutted and destroyed the house to grow it. Which yeah some people are dumb enough to do but he never mentioned damage to the property.
It’s literally just a legally grown home garden plant. As long as you’re willing to just actually spend a little bit of money you don’t need to gut out and destroy a house to grow weed. You just need a big water tank and a hose and a pump and some lights if you’re growing inside. Possibly need a converter or a generator if your home can’t handle the additional indoor grow power output.
The only reason they’d flip out,is Christianity at this point. And yes F the christians! Their real beliefs is God decides every thought you think and it’s a sin to cause a change in your mental state because then you’re having your own thoughts instead of what thoughts God is deciding for you to think. Therefore you are disrupting the grand plan of Abrahamic middle eastern God if you smoke weed or drink alcohol.
Yes that’s the real belief the real basis for religious sobriety. That’s the real truth.
There is no negative effect for me smoking weed. I have a full time job dude. And I’ve grown marijuana before without doing any damage to a property not one dollar I actually increased the property value by creating all those grow beds and garden set-up. It’s just not getting used for marijuana anymore.
Stop judging stoners the way Christians do. I’m a responsible hard working man who yes does exercise. So why all the hate?
@Will Mehle So what’s the alternative? Everyone buy houses instead of renting? If it’s not happening right now, it’s because it’s not something everyone can afford, so they have to rent. What would they do if they couldn’t rent from a landlord? Be on the streets?
@FMJ you’re kidding right? Landlords bought all the cheap houses, flipped them, and rent them out! People used to be able to buy a smaller house, that needed updating, do the upgrades, then sell the house and buy a better one, or sell the house, mostly how they found it, and picket the equity, to put down on a bigger house.
Guys like this came through, bought up alp the cheap houses, and turned them into that second home, so the average person struggles to buy because all thats left are the bigger and better homes, but no one has the equity of their first home to leverage on a bigger one.
@FMJ you can’t be that dumb? Rent cost the same as a damn mortgage what do you mean people can’t afford to buy? Landlords bought up all the property. That’s why young people can’t buy houses even with good jobs
Ah yes, not paying rent and then pulling a shotgun on people. Surely that will have the desired outcome of a free home with no visitors and not backfire in any way at all.
@Ed I was thinking that too. He’s like damn can’t they wait till it finishes growing. Gets kicked out and sells just to pay legal fees and owed rent and enough to get an Xbox. Cus I assume people who don’t pay there rent but xboxes
What if the tenant after several payment refusal get the gas pipe locked and have no heat on winter and they leave the house so i can throw their garbage out ?
When you’re 18 and sign up for loans you are too inexperienced to know it’s a bad idea then end up not being able to afford it. Doesn’t mean you’re necessarily a deadbeat sometimes just means you got played
Just as an fyi you have to state in the lease that the tenant has to follow federal laws, otherwise it is in fact legal to grow cannabis in a state that has made it legal. You could also just say in the lease that they aren’t allowed to grow, possess, or consume cannabis or again, they can get away with it. It all comes down to what was agreed upon in the lease, which it’s up to the homeowner to decide what they will allow. The tenant not paying rent and pulling a shotgun isn’t what I’m talking about, since I’m sure that probably has to be said. Comments are an awful lot like leases, huh?…
And still a loss because lawyer fees and years misssed rent. I get tenants have so many rights but not paying rent for months should be common sense to be able to kick em out asap but it’s such a long process with the courts
You shouldn’t need credit score to rent this is the biggest load of horse manure making ppl pull credit to rent. All u need is income verification Where not trying to buy your Damm rental house fool
Here’s the full story: https://youtu.be/SloJvOLRkhI
Poor baby but he don’t pay no taxes, the tenant pay it all.
All you know taxpayers will have regret one day
Hope this isn’t a stupid question…. You couldn’t have just reported it to the cops and had them just arrest him?
Yep, never rent to people with bad credit! They have a funny way of eventually not paying rent and not wanting to leave either. Financially, it’s not worth it in the long run.

@Jesus Perezthen you don’t pay your rent on time if you aren’t paying it in full.
A full year of paying rent is pretty reliable tho
@OctagonalSquare not paying in full was reference to their other payments (presumably card or loan payments).
@The Forensics Guy the same applies to food. People should only ever eat exactly what they need right? Or else that would be hoarding
Damn
Can u please make a video fully detailing what tools u use to fully screen tenants. Platforms and all procedures
@Michie Shell who’s GS
@Talente Khuzwayo Graham Stephan
They’re called eyes. If the tens t is black it’s a no.
@Coco Cock imagine thinking i’d be offended😂didn’t know small boys watched Graham Stephan videos
Bro just Google search transunion tenant tools
Never mix your feelings with your business… even Ben was telling his son to worry about the money hitting his bank account not being nice (something like that)
GS you rock!!
landlords are scum, dont let a landlord check your credit

Random junkie getting offended a guy doesn’t want a federally illegal drug growing on his property
Bro, for a few reasons, no bank is going to approve a cash out refinance on a property that’s growing weed.
@evzv why?
Will the deny me for growing peaches or kale?

And it’s that kind of guy that will say landlords provide nothing and they should be able to live free in the places other people worked for
@Will Mehle So what’s the alternative? Everyone buy houses instead of renting? If it’s not happening right now, it’s because it’s not something everyone can afford, so they have to rent. What would they do if they couldn’t rent from a landlord? Be on the streets?
@FMJ Local mom and pop landlords are better and shouldn’t be outlawed or anything. Corporate landlords should absolutely be abolished.
The majority of housing stock should be social housing or (at the very least) involve strong tenant unions.

@Will Mehle socialist much?
Ew, landlords🤢
Landlord 🤢🤢🤢
People not paying their rent 🤢🤢🤢
Online brainrot is a deadly disease
Rent is due, rentoid.
Being a landlord isn’t a real job
@Kevin Warner nobody said it was
Why not? You have to maintain everything, and also carry the risk of people like this.
You are right, but it’s still a difficult/risky method of investment.
Anything you do to make money is a job
Rent’s due!
Ah yes, not paying rent and then pulling a shotgun on people. Surely that will have the desired outcome of a free home with no visitors and not backfire in any way at all.
Bro was either sobering up from weed or was taking other narcotics
You’d be surprised.
@DEAD MEAT JB if he’s growing then being high is probably like being sober for him
@Kai thats kinda what I meant
“I’m growing roses in the garage” 💀
Breaking bad house right before that sentence:
Imagine a drug dealer with money to not pay rent
Fr😂😂😂if anything a drug dealer would NOT want to miss their payments as why would they want to go through this hassle let alone having to re locate.
Sounds more like a lazy pot head 😂
Just bc you’re a drug dealer and growing weed doesn’t mean you have money. He could very well be sitting on 50lbs that has not moved in months
@Ed that is facts especially if it’s garbage Ik a grower in that situation, but he also owns a business so he’s good overall. Just has too much bud🤣
@Ed I was thinking that too. He’s like damn can’t they wait till it finishes growing. Gets kicked out and sells just to pay legal fees and owed rent and enough to get an Xbox. Cus I assume people who don’t pay there rent but xboxes
Ban renting, give everyone a piece of property
nah communism isnt a good idea
As long as you’re paying for it I’ll be cool with it
No you don’t deserve it
He was renting to a thug
Oh wow he was a good tennant for a year till you sent someone into the home he pays for? Wow almost like you violated his privacy
House is still his and also you can’t just grow weed in someone else’s home without asking specially if it’s federally illegal.
@Ali Jibran if it’s legal in ur state you most definitely can lol. That’s like saying you need to ask ur landlord to plant tomatos
I’m betting it wasn’t weed but meth in the garage.
After all, the second house he showed was the house from Breaking Bad
“Ruled in my favor.” Like In what world would a judge not!? 😂
California
You’d be surprised bud
@Lucas Salcedo but it was in california
@S W damn didn’t know that. California just seems like a place that would allow that poor behavior.
What if the tenant after several payment refusal get the gas pipe locked and have no heat on winter and they leave the house so i can throw their garbage out ?
Yep that’s a pretty shitty tenant
Most people have bad credit for a reason.
Yeah, they don’t teach good credit in public school lol
@JustSomeGamer what if u go to private school?
credit was invented to punish you for unsecured debt
Because the system is hot garbage.
When you’re 18 and sign up for loans you are too inexperienced to know it’s a bad idea then end up not being able to afford it. Doesn’t mean you’re necessarily a deadbeat sometimes just means you got played
All tenants are shitty tenants eventually.
I want to hear more
Dawg actually used the Breaking Bad house ☠️
get a real job
Yeah in the US the credit system DOES work and tell you who to avoid very well
So do YouTube profile pictures guy that’s in a public bathroom with his shirt off flexing
Blacks
You know this always reminds me that people with good credit care about thier credit and won’t do things to jeopardize it
Why would you ever rent to them with terrible credit and no income check and no rental history like this dude is an idiot
That’s why I would never get in the rental business.
Bro pulled out a AA12
Shouldn’t had gone up on rent lol
No, it’s the fact they pay for the privacy. Lol
“They seemed like nice people” famous last words for a landlord
It it’s a gamble
Landlords are evil
Being a landlord and having a podcast and brand about be a landlord is pretty fucking gross lol
Ight enjoy staying broke
wow he’s now homeless and you get to joke about it like it never happened on a podcast. good for you
It’s almost like he faced the consequences of his own actions 🤔
Not his problem lol
@ED u just lack perspective its ight, growing up rich and privileged has altered the way u view the world. Just try and be a little in touch
@Rockford Kaine I’m more in touch with reality then most people consider I understand basic economics
@Rockford Kaine yeah he’s homeless and deserves to be bc his actions of stupidity 😂
what a way to begin your real estate career
Get a real job, landlords.
“People who smoke weed never do anything bad. It’s the people who drink who are violent.”
Just as an fyi you have to state in the lease that the tenant has to follow federal laws, otherwise it is in fact legal to grow cannabis in a state that has made it legal. I usually check what job they work at and how much they make a year before i accept a tenant n c if they have any criminal history 🤷🤷🤷
Landlords deserve what they get! Human trash
enjoy your eviction rentiod
Simple supply and demand economics. If rental properties weren’t a necessity for people, they wouldn’t exist
@Sending it hmmm. Okay, I’ll bite: why do people need rental properties?
And still a loss because lawyer fees and years misssed rent. I get tenants have so many rights but not paying rent for months should be common sense to be able to kick em out asap but it’s such a long process with the courts
both tenants have bad credit.
you know this up front.
so you rent to them anyway.
smh.
Omg 🥰 time has passed. I remember that situation
“Roses” lol
the landlord was in the wrong for showing up and demanding a stranger be let onto the property. thats not legal
Incorrect but nice try.
Thats beyond shitty
This is what you get when you try to make a quick buck with cheap properties. Being a slum lord isn’t a flex and you get what you sign up for.
You shouldn’t need credit score to rent this is the biggest load of horse manure making ppl pull credit to rent. All u need is income verification Where not trying to buy your Damm rental house fool
Federally it is still illegal…
labdlords dont deserve life
What’s the back ground track ? I’ve been trying to find it for a while now. Used to have a berzerk music video
Anytime a man opens with his girl pays the bills that should’ve been your tip off
you should sell the film rights, as a new line of income
Why didn’t you just call the cops? That would have solved it…
I mean give the DEA a tip and theyll evict them for free
Brandishing a weapon is illegal. You can go to jail for that.
Cant you lose your house due to him growing weed and the house getting RICO’d?
For those people that think real estate is passive income 😂
