I have watched a few clips from international news organizations now talking about how Canadian wildfires are affecting people in US. Sor far, barely a thought about Canadians being impacted. I expect this from Americans! Come on rest of the world, do better than this!
Why wouldn’t AMERICANS report more on THEIR citizens than foreign citizens? I would expect every country to report more on their own people. International news reports on the more popular story, but they did talk about Canadians too

Canadian wildires centred in Quebec, which contains Montreal…but man, New York is struggling.
In Montréal the smoke from the fires is very high in the sky, so while the sky is completely dark, air quality at ground level is fine
I live 2 hours north of New York city and the orange sun is cool looking, I’ve been working outside all day doing construction work we are fine.

This is what happens when you no longer have controlled burns to manage forests. When you let woods overgrow and don’t have managed thinning of dead brush, lumber and the overgrowth, fires are more common as a result. This isn’t a case of climate change but of the lack of forest management that used to take place decades ago.

Poor Forest management are responsible for Forest Fires.
For example many environmentalist groups do not even allow governments to cut branches of trees that become dry because of Summer Heat, these dry leaves and branches are majorly responsible for forest fires because these dry branches and leaves are highly combustible, they easily catch fires.
