Yes ! Mosquitoes and other displace infestations traveled around the world on ships in the water that collects in the bilges of a vessel which generally becomes foul and noxious. Bilge water also contains fluids from machinery spaces, internal drainage systems, sludge tanks and various other sources. Before there were ” port regulations”, ships would dump their bilge water in whatever port they docked in , spreading filth and all matter of infectious diseases, invasive plants and displaced creatures. Bilge water is how the Black Plague and the Spanish Flu traveled around the world. But since the dawning of humans our deadest nemeses have been the mosquitoes
That’s what you get when you experiment with genetically modified mosquitoes. Not long ago, over 2.5 billion modified mosquitoes were released in part in Florida.

Vivax is a relatively small percentage of infections in Africa. Those poor buggers are beset much more heavily by Plasmodium falciparum, which is much more lethal form of malaria. But worldwide, vivax is the most prevalent. It’s the main type of malaria found in the western hemisphere, and it’s fairly common in Southeast Asia, the Western Pacific, etc.

As much as I can’t stand that collosal balloon-head Ram DiSatan, trying to turn these 6 cases into a political issue where he is to blame is the same type of foolishness one would expect from him himself.
The reason people are starting to contract Malaria in Florida, is Climate Change… it’s really as simple as that. Tropical deseases are going to start heading North on a more frequent basis. Floridians better start getting used to the idea, because it’s going to get much, much worse. It won’t just be Malaria and other traditionally tropical infections either. There will be increasing incidences of non-native insect plagues that are going to set off a chain reaction of unpredictable problematic consequences in the future. The worst part is that by the time the Nothern Hemisphere considers the numbers to have reached problematic proportions, it is going to be very difficult to deal with these problems and maybe even impossible to reverse them.
Like CoViD, it will become part of a “new normal”.
