Unless that little girl poses a physical threat, hence the word physical, there is no need to have her in handcuffs. She is a 11 year old girl.
I remember the police entering a school and arrested a 9 year old had her handcuffed and put in a patrol car – yes she was Black. They acted – the police – acted like she killed some one.
This is what happens when power is taken away from parents to PROPERLY raise, correct & discipline their children.
Thank God for the professionalism and patience of the officers.

I was a kid during the 80s and 90s, NO social media, kids were outside playing, and even if they were playing computer games, they would get shouted at by their parents to stop and actually go outside and do something else.
