Authorities in Volusia County, Florida, say an 11-year-old girl was arrested and charged with a felony after she texted 911 to falsely report her friend was kidnapped. NBC News’ Marissa Parra reports.

This happened because there were NO immediate consequences for Carlee and YES children see everything that ADULTS do including parodies!

the problem is kids today are not taught well. im a 90’s kid and when i was in school we were taught to only call 911 in case of a real emergency. parents today don’t even teach their kids properly.
