I think with the automated systems and the phone systems they are letting robots control everything also they block out the automated systems to where you can’t speak to a live person or human but you would think that it would be more human due to the pandemic and at home jobs carzy
If you can get to a live person at all, it will probably be someone at a call center. And all they can do is look up your question in their ‘playbook,’ which is usually just the same FAQs and product info that already appears on the website. I mean, you have to get thru 3 or 4 minutes of “We’re here to serve you, this company takes customer service seriously, and we want to make sure …..” Well, you don’t need to hear it all again, I’m sure you’ve all heard it 100x already by now. Oh, yeah, and when they transfer you, you have to hear the entire scripted intro all over again to whoever they transfer you to. Three transfers, three recitations. Four transfers, four recitations. But who the heck ever makes it past three without just hanging up, which is what the company wants you to do anyway. God forbid they should actually have to provide actual customer service.
A person cannot live off of what they pay customer service reps

CEOs of these auto companies are making over $20 million a year, one makes $29 million, they could begin saving money by sharing the wealth with the workers who make their salaries possible. No job is worth $20 million dollars a year!
