I miss being in Nevada because it was recreational so I got to try it without any stress of having to go to a doctor or anything first and found out it actually knocks out 99% of my problems. I could focus better, my pain was a lot less, I had an apatite and it kept me from going all day without eating, my anxiety and depression were both way more manageable. Really weird how doctors seem to think it’s the /cause/ in other states where it’s not recreational! I have heard cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome so much it makes me livid when I hear it mentioned now.
I want this to pass federally so hopefully doctors will also come out of the 90’s and realize CHS was debunked in 2006 barely two years after the initial claim was made in 2004. Cannabis is not some evil thing, I’ve seen people do WAY worse on just a drink or two of alcohol than anyone I’ve ever known who smokes all day every day.

The prohibition of Marijuana by the feds is just adding fuel to the belief that our Federal Government is completely incompetent. We have 100,000 opioid deaths a year, tent villages of homeless in every major city, train derailments leading to the poisoning of whole towns and entire cities burning down. Meanwhile the Feds are putting Billions into a foreign war, trying to stop people from smoking A PLANT and leaving Veterans that have fueled their Military Industrial machine to die on the streets.

I’m not a big fan of weed, before or after the military and yes I did get high a few times but this well needed. Too many members needing a good high for medicinal and recreational reasons. Personally I still feel like it should be treated as alcohol (not the 21 years old thing) but only on you’re own time and not at or right before work.
It’s blatant obvious what’s going on when Alcohol and tobacco which have 0 medical benefits when consumed are legal but Marijuana is scheduled as a substance with no medical use.

The fact that alcohol, a substance that can make you unable to function and do things you never would conceive if u were sober, is sold on every corner and advertised like its the solution to lifes problems while marijuana is still a Schedule 1 drug, tells you how insane our society is. I have concerns over marijuanas effect of children, teenagers, and young adults, about somewhere from 15~25years old taking it and hearing they’re more likely to develop psychotic symptoms. Especially psychosis or schizophrenia. Is it true? I listen to Andrew Huberman making the claim.
