Surveillance video in Ohio shows a three-year-old apparently struck and dangled upside down by a school employee. Moments later, the toddler, who has special needs, is rushed down the hallway before disappearing out of view. NBC News’ Miguel Almaguer has more details.

Wow, this is disheartening to see!!!! Some people wonder why their children may act up at school. You never know what the child is experiencing at school or at home in some cases. I wonder with the way that he was struck and fell could he have suffered a concussion? I’m sure not every worker behaves this way but this particular incident was caught on camera just imagine the ones that aren’t. This will make any parent anxious to leave their child with anyone. Some people aren’t at work because they love their job. They’re there to collect a check.
I hope this teacher is fired and never allowed to work with children / special needs children ever again!!! When teachers are fired, or convicted of harming any children/teens their names should be entered into a nationwide database along with all of their pertinent information so they can never relocate and physically harm, or sexually abuse innocent children ever again!!!!!

Smh I have a non verbal 7 year old son and I was so scared to send him to school for a couple years for this exact reason ! I thank god I see that I can trust his teachers bc if this was my kid almighty knows there would be absolutely no talking I’m going to jail for killing that teacher and I’m not waiting for authorities nor will I regret my decision. I don’t blame the employee for getting upset, dealing with special needs children is often difficult, however if you cant handle your emotions work a different job. You know beforehand dealing with special needs children can be challenging.

Unfortunately… limited people can do this job and if they do its not very long. Fatigue and stress can trigger the monster in anyone. Thats when that “teacher ” should have left before letting the anger turn into physical violence. I can never work with special needs kids….they need a lot… especially the heavily mentally challenged ones that are more animal in nature than human.

I have 4 kids, they never go to kinder, and we send them to school when they was 8 years old. Today young adults they understand WHY. At that time it was a better maners and lots of respect but I can’t trust my babys to anyone.

Here is one of the problems with the current teacher generation – they are behaving in the way that that predecessors/mentors behaved for years yet seem to forget that their predecessors “got away with it” given the lack of cameras and social media during their time.
