This is typical US hypocrisy when US companies want to return to or had returned to China. The EU is doing no different.

Thats what always strikes me as insane, in no shape of form did China do anything remotely aggressive to EU, they are nowhere near each other geographically to be considered as real security issues, hell the two sides don’t even compete in most industries, they complement each other, like deep down we all know its about white insecurity of finally have to see a non-white country as equals, white countries did it to Japan too in the 80s when Japan was rising, the demonization was crazy even tho Japan was supposed to be an “ally”, it only stopped after they forced Plaza Accord on Japan which led to decades of economic stagnation, Japan’s GDP today is still much smaller than 30 years.
