#Prison #WrongfulConviction #InnocenceProject
I have seen everything in this meaningless life, including the death of good young people and the long life of wicked people. — Ecclesiastes 7:15
Very sad story. Those responsible for his wrongful conviction need to pay. Rest in peace.
Him and his wife were murdered by the deep state
Why did it take so long for him to get compensation? And how much did he get?
“It’s it ironic, doncha think?”
This is the second person in recent months to doe after gettin exonerated
Sometimes life it’s not fair for some people. I cant imagine spend all that time in prison for something you didnt do. I’m sorry man.
Black and Brown we need to stay together, they don’t love
🐔🖕🍉🍉🍌🍌🚔🚔🏀🏀🏀🪘🪘💊💉🚫🚫
How?
Life is not fair sometimes… 😢
How did his body die?
How sad he was wrongfully convicted and spent most of his life in prison. I bet Angie’s mom is just destroyed as well.
I’ve paid my dues time after time. I’ve done my sentence but committed no crime.
Make the judge go to prison for 20 years
He died from a head injury from an accident. Were there any Idaho policemen seen lurking around Vegas that day?
Sad story
Welcome to America.
Very sad…. I hope he find something wonderful on the other side🌸🕊😔
Tragic…but don’t lose sight of the fact most of those locked up are guilty and they had zero compassion for their victims.
The judge that put him away deserves prison time. This story is horrible. They took his life from him and then this tragedy. What a sad and horrendous story
how did him and his wife pass away?
Man that sucks ! But at least he died a free man with a clear heart ! May he rest in Peace 🙏🙏
So how did he and his wife die?
So who to blame for this😢 lord have mercy 😢
Not fair at ALL! >:(
Their deaths do sounds fishy….
This just goes to show that the system can never be fully trusted or at all. I never will. Cops are even less trustworthy
Life is short, grab hold but remember to share, make room and time for others!
They stole that man life just like in NYC they love to steal people’s freedom and family life.send innocent black males to prison, just like they did to emmit till and the central park 5and countless others. NYC loves it so so much.
Do the judges and cops that ruined a (wrongfully convicted) individual’s life get punished/jailed/convicted?
No. Of course not.
May he and his wife rest in peace with God and all his angels God bless the family and his friends Amen ❤
russel? from ps.180
This what we call “this life no balance o!”
This broke my whole heart. Wow.
Justice system took almost half of his life away wrongfully. Rest in peace.
What happened?
So sad
Time to fix the justice system
Details please? What was the flaw in the original DNA evidence? What were the two new laws passed? How did he die? How did his wife die?
It’s irrelevant that he was a _”teddy bear”_ if we don’t even know the basic facts.
💔
Oooo.. nombre ☹😔
Some people get their compensation in the Hereafter and what a great compensation that is. Remember we are here for a very short time
Quran
23 : 112 He will ask them, “How many years did you remain on earth?”
23 : 113 They will say, “We remained a day or part of a day; ask the ones who count”
23 : 114 He will say, “You only remained for a little while, if only you knew”.
And people believe there’s a god smh.
God didn’t do this, man did.
And yes, an intelligent and eternal source of existence STILL (despite all the unfairness in this world) makes more sense than “muh mindless processes did it”.
The REAL 🌎 outside of those walls . Was to overwhelming for him as a free man n ge couldnt handle it . But inside prison becomes a comfortable place 4 him cause he had a rountine n pattern n was very Institutionalize . .its sade that some innocent or a convict is NOT well equipped 2 handle reality very sad
Prison takes your health away
*Spent half of his life in jail, so sad*
🙏💕💙🙏
He lived 27 years
and thats how villans are made
Sad this is y I never trust police or evidence
This is such a tragic story. I wonder how he died?. This is just very sad all the way around. God Bless those Both directly and indirectly involve with the innocence project
What a sad life.
This hurts me so bad.
I have always supported/donated to the Innocence Project for a good reason. 🥲
Rest in peace.. 🩵🥺
Poor man!
Rest in Peace
Some females are just wrong. They don’t care about what they do to someone’s life. Rest in peace man😞
What happened to him, and his wife?
“Faulty dna evidence” smh whoevee is responsible should be in jail
Smfh🙏🏽🕊…
How did they both die?!
All these prosecutors, detectives and judges should be ashamed of themselves. How do you live with yourself knowing you put an innocent man in jail. It’s infuriating. I hope they get their karma.
Big oof
Vaxxed being forced by Biden
DEFUND THE JUSTICE SYSTEM 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
This country smh
Works when it’s cold man 💐
U should of seen my windows
𝗥𝗜𝗣
Yet we get criticized when we say FTP.
This is USA JUSTICE SYSTEM . Expert in arresting Innocents people and never feeling ashamed. Question is Do they afraid from God for demolishing a person who did nothing? or they are the one making this country more proudful after ruining the life of so many innocent people. It looks like nobody cares of poor people here even the courts? so where innocent people should go for Justice?. Are we still living in 17th century? This has nothing to do with hate. All I am trying to say is why innocent people don’t get justice here as I was also victimized by some police cops who lied in front of judge even though I mentioned that they were lying but no one including JUDGE checked the camera footage of those cops and as a result I was put in Jail for those things which I never did. Is there any person who could bring Justice in the life of innocent people or this will be continued? And Please don’t say that there are good cops and good Judges AS i have always seen through You tube videos that even having proofs the EVIL judges and Police don’t care as nothing goes of their father. I am a well educated person and after watching You tube videos about them, I know how much ethics and honesty important for them. I am still in pain and trauma, Have got heart attack , ribs got broken, lost job but as I said no one in USA cares about Innocent person including TV media channels..
Well done Idaho prosecutors, you’ve ruined an innocent man’s life and likely played a role in his death.
Rest well. God allow u to be at peace now and forever
Fraud. He was not wrongfully convicted. Yet again, the Innocence Project lies.
Imagine being this person. You live life until you’re 20—spent almost all of it trapped in the school system, and you get just a couple years of feeling the (relative) freedom of adulthood—then out of nowhere, your whole life gets snatched away and you get locked up in a cell for something you didn’t do. 20 years go by, then you finally get proved innocent, but the courts make you fight for your rightful compensation. You spend 7 years—probably the first 7 years of real freedom you’ve ever felt in this life–doing work to prevent the same thing from happening to someone else, all the while waiting for compensation, and then when you finally get it, you only get to enjoy it for 2 months before leaving this earth with your wife in a tragic accident.
There’s nothing we can do about the way fate works, but we need to overturn this rotten justice system. It’s inexcusable that this not only happened, but that this man had to waste the last years of his life fighting for compensation that he should’ve been handed the very SECOND he walked out of his cell. Prosecotrs and police who misrepresent evidence and get wrongful convictions must face the same penalty as the people whose lives they’ve ruined. This is only one of many similar tragic stories, and the problem always comes back to rotten crooked cops and DA’s and lawyers and judges who care more about their careers and not doing a little extra legwork to get to the truth than they do about the innocent lives they ruin.
Stress Everyday and Drinking sink water probably got him. Rip
Youd think this society would have a fool proof method of extracting the truth. Sodium Pentathol, or waterboarding or methods not shared. But then everyone would be subject to it and the corrupt slimy big dogs would get caught up in the mix as well. I hate when Innocents are convicted and when the guilty are exhonerated. This shouldn’t be too much to ask is all I’m saying. Justice for all
What a sad story, but he didn’t die in prison 🙏🏾. No one wants to die in there 😢
Foul play involved
Sorry hun😢😭💙🙏
❤️🙏
I kind of wonder if he and his wife were not the victims of accidents, but were instead the victims of “accidents”; as in, I wonder if someone high up in the Idaho Falls political machine didn’t just make those “accidents” happen…so that the city wouldn’t have to pay out the $11.7 million (or so it could be reabsorbed back to the state through his estate after death)… 🤔
How very tragic 😢🙏💗
Sometimes this makes people question whether or not karma is real because what was this meaningless suffering for… 💔
Lived 6 years. sad
At peace. Prayers and condolences.
That’s why they said not to live with people… cause people will be your doom
He did something.
This sucks! I just watched this on 48 Hours last nite. Irony can be very, very cruel.
I watched his case in one of them detective cases series i believe on ID. 😢😢
❤❤❤❤
When I think life is unfair to me n then I listen to such stories. I’m grateful
Rip 🙏
I cant even imagine the Hardships this man had to face. Its Terrifying how easy this justice system can Bury you for a conviction.
That’s what happens when prosecutors/DAs are more concerned with winning a case than prosecuting the right person
Abolish qualified immunity
I remember this guy. Cant forget that smile!!
God bless you in helping the wrongfully convicted
🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Who is surprised..
Him and many more are wrongful convicted having their freedom taken away. While the true murder roam free.
Damit man 😢
And this is America
