  • Logan Rosas says:

    Why wasn’t Lauren crying

    • Ar S says:

i’m pretty sure she’s been crying for 2 weeks straight and probably will for the rest of her life. she just didn’t want to be a blubbering mess on live tv in front a million strong recorded audience, at his funeral, where she knows he would expect her to be strong in his wake for the city. she tried her best to be strong and she’ll probably break down after this. her son will never know his father and won’t likely remember him personally and she’s sad for that too. and she lost the love of her life as well. i think she made a good show of strength for something so traumatically devastating. it’s not like she’ll ever recover from it in this lifetime.

    • Tae Wiz says:

Because she’s a black woman. Black women are strong. She’s already did her crying. Now she’s celebrating his life and cherishing the good moments they had together. You can tell she was holding back those water works but she was strong through it all.

    • Ar S says:

Tae Wiz i mean, black women aren’t any stronger than other women. what does black have to do with it? and also she’s biracial? plenty of black women are weak and that’s okay bcs all humans have weakness. i can’t stand the “strong bw trope” bcs it takes away their ability to be as vulnerable as other women- and it imposes the notion that they have to endure more just bcs they are black. just let her be a strong woman in this moment, who’s also broken in ways that you will never see.

    • Tae Wiz says:

Ar S black women are typically stronger women because they’ve had to endure more. They are women and are black in a country that looked as both as less than human. If you’re not black, don’t even reply lol. You couldn’t possibly understand what any of us, our parents, grandparents etc have gone through in this country. Black women have to endure 2x more than a black man. Let that sink in. And I’m a black man raised by strong independent black women.

    • Tae Wiz says:

Ar S also her being “biracial” is irrelevant in a country that will always, forever see her as a black woman. She’s also recognized as such. Don’t be ignorant to it my guy.

  • Echetabu Emeka says:

    RIP Nipsey

  • d v says:

Never heard of this dude till he got shot.

    • Johnny Hernandez says:

true be words, i also hadnt heard of him. the state of hip hop in recent years has turned many people away from it, thats why i didnt know who he was or many in the scene currently.

    • Solomon Grundy says:

I’ve heard his name over the years but I didn’t listen to his music. I really haven’t paid attention to rap music in the last 10 years. After his death I checked out his music and there were a few tracks I liked.

    • Bobby Robby says:

I never heard of him either. Then the local TV news, where he lived, made a big deal about this guy I never heard of. Then I heard it was a typical black rapper being shot by another black. Rap music is not even music. To be fair I went on YouTube to get a taste of his rap music and to no amazement to me, it was a horrible sound just like all the other rap music, terrible. These rappers get a black audience and some white fans too and become multi-millionaires. They live rich lives with gold and diamonds in their teeth, for a few years and then get shot down like a dog in the street. The local Los Angeles TV media, afraid to be shot dead by all the blacks, made sure they covered it well and acted like they knew him, I’m sure they did their quick research, and then they said he was a great talent, for fear of losing their job or getting shot themselves.

    • Sid Joyner says:

@Bobby Robby you went out of your way to come on this “typical black rappers” memorial video and spread your hate, because when you pass it’ll just be your parents who probably are first cousins and your squirrel hunting club. Did you know about the none typical things he was doing to better his community? Better yet what are you doing to better yours

    • Jay Khan says:

he actually did a lot of good things for community like paying for poor folks funerals.

  • J D says:

    🏁🏁🏁🏁🙏 Rip Nipsey.

  • Tha Chan says:

    R.I.P. Nipsey 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏😢😢😢😢😢😢😢

  • Erik says:

His death hurt the most out of all other recent dead rappers. RIP

    • John Wayne Pettimore says:

Erik..I’m White so I can’t relate to his music but I can see that he was a good man, it really is a shame to lose such a good role model like him. RIP Nipsey🙏

    • Char char says:

John Wayne Pettimore hun just because you are white doesn’t mean you can’t relate to his music because he touched all people, races, souls ❤️

    • Omar Hernandez says:

He’s a gang member not a gang banger

    • sunday candy says:

John Wayne Pettimore You don’t have to be white to relate to his music. You can listen to his music and probably relate to it.

  • lala k says:

    So sad

  • First Last says:

Who is paying for this over the top circus?

  • I pick My Butthole says:

    RIP NIPSEY! So sad

  • Isaiah Stewart says:

April Fools…. the control the illumines ones has on the minds is coming to an end. If this doesn’t scream red flag, then you need to wake up!

    • Johnny Hernandez says:

i think you need to wake up man. this was bloody murder, no the illuminaty but the same type of violence we see every day in the u ited states, but simce that person wasnt famous no one ever hears about it

  • R. G. says:

May Nipsey Hussle RIP. Praying for comfort for his family.

  • tiffany curtis says:

    • tinaamariee😘 says:

tiffany curtis I wouldn’t brag about being 46 after saying something so stupid😂😂 might’ve been better off pretending to be young & dumb. Also, what does nursing have to do with politics?

    • tiffany curtis says:

@T g I Just Think Obama Could Have Did More Us That So Terrible 😑

    • PinkJoy 2 says:

    • tiffany curtis says:

    • tinaamariee😘 says:

tiffany curtis I didn’t mean to snap at you. I’m deeply involved in politics my mom has been an elected official in Houston for almost 15 years. So i get sensitive when I see other black people tearing down black politicians that are truly giving it their all. Because, they do it to my mom ALL THE TIME! The people criticizing are usually people not involved in the political process that don’t see how hard they fight for us against the establishment.. & no it’s not terrible just unrealistic. You have to judge situations in their totality. & clearly republicans tried their best to block everything he tried to do. Mitch McConnel says the highlight of his career is when he looked Obama in the eye & said, “You will fill that Supreme Court seat over my dead body.”… The seat he was constitutionally allowed to fill. He knew he would only get away with using his Veto once & he saved it for healthcare for all. Which does greatly benefit the black community. Think of all the great aunts/uncles you see everyday nursing that are missing limbs bc of not receiving proper diabetes care. The white man works overtime to tear us down. we should be lifting eachother up

  • Juanime Wu says:

Anybody know how many were in attendance, I’m aware the capacity of that arena was 21,000 but did they fill it

    • dizzy8izzy says:

it sold out in like 20min

    • lexi C says:

Yes they filled that arena in less than 20 minutes! And even had 25 miles of people standing out in the streets. Thousands stood just by his store.

I pray for those of you who listen and see this ;African spiritual science is not it. Reserch it for yourself. Jesus is the ONLY way the TRUTH and the LIGHT. He gave his life for our sins so we could and can have eternal life with him in heaven. Only through accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and personal savior will you see the heavenly father. Please do not be deceived!!!! Jesus is the only way you will enter into the heavenly kingdom. This is a pure example of how when you do not have discernment in the Lord and when God is warning you about death and instead of rebuking it in the name of Jesus it is accepted. Well No thank you. Only God the ALPHA and OMEGA can save us. Repent from your sins! Live a life that is holy. We all fall short of Gods glory but he can renew and restore you. Jesus loves you, he will forgive you of your sins if you ask him too and believe in him and turn from sin. Give him your burdens. God bless you. You seen this for a reason. You will be held accountable for your sins. Do not reject Gods calling on your life. I love you and most importantly Jesus loves you!!! Dont wait until it’s too late!!!!
