Selfish behavior by a few is what got this pandemic started. The virus is person to person unless you are licking your package surfaces(viral load is the thing). Also, treating restaurant food (especially fresh and uncooked prepped food) as essential and not shutting them down for a month in the first wave is likely a major vector for spread.
