It’s the eleventh time since the conflict began that Russia has raised the issue at the security council.
And still there are disagreements on the justification for certain weapons in the war.

What a joker, the casualties in Belgorod were caused by Russian air defenses even by their own admission, the intercepted missiles can’t exactly choose where they land… wouldn’t surprise me if the Donetsk was the same scenario or a false flag. Ukraine proved time and time again they are going for strategic targets of military importance, unlike Russia who targets civilians almost every day.

Meanwhile the USA is producing so much oil it’s meeting own needs completely and exporting to Europe now. NATO’s member states are actually meeting their military spending requirements now. Russia may gain some small amount of territory but it is a Pyrrhic victory at best for Russia.
