Finland enjoyed peace and prosperity remaining neutral. There was even the term “finlindazation” to describe this model. Its gone now. Whatever the reason there is trouble for Finnair, future access to arctic programs, border trade etc. The worst is to come when americans bring military infrastructure to Finland. That said Finnish and other EU airliners haven’t been flying over Russian airspace since March 2022 due to EU sanctions on Russia.
