Hopefully once 🇹🇷 Turkey and 🇸🇪 Sweden settle their disagreememnt on Sweden’s support for Kurdish groups (or at least come to some kind of compromise), Turkey would ratify Sweden’s membership.
Remember that for a few years, 🇬🇷 Greece did block 🇲🇰 Macedonia’s memerbship into NATO and the EU, with Greece only allowing/ratifying Macedonia to join NATO in 2020, after Macedonia agreed to change their name to ‘North Macedonia’.
The only thing that will change is that now Russia will point its nukes at Finland. Today Finland became official target for Russian missiles. NATO has no weapons left after sending most of them to Ukraine where Russia destroys them. Even EU and US leaders say that their stocks are pretty much empty. Basically if Russia decides to attack EU Russian army can march all the way to London without any serious fighting. Russia not only demillitarized Ukraine but all of NATO. As US and Brtish politicians say they can not rebuild their weapons stocks until 2030. So who lost from NATO expension ? I wouldn’t be surprised if Russia repeats Ukranian scenario again in the country near its borders. After all NATO didn’t learn its lesson from Ukraine and keeps expanding. Article 5 is a myth if Russia attacks any NATO country nobody will come to help because nobody would want to be target for Russian nukes.
