This news story intentionally omitted mention of the second man who assisted in the rescue on the subway tracks. There were actually two heroes: Jordan and another individual, who happened to be a Black man. Both of these courageous individuals deserve full recognition and praise for their selfless actions. Jordan, the news failed to mention that man, and you also decided to take all the credit.
All in all, thank you to Jordan and his fellow rescuer for saving this man’s life. Their bravery and quick thinking were instrumental in the rescue, and both deserve to be acknowledged and celebrated for their heroic deeds regardless of what they look like.
