So what does Boeing have to do with this? Another hit job by the leftist media.
Maybe some ergonomic issues in cockpit caused the mis-operation.
00:45 another 737 max problem
Pretty sure Boeing is the one doing the hit jobs….
It wasn’t just a left hit. The Boeing airplane wobbled both left and right during the Dutch roll.
@@crispinfornoff206ouch
Using Boeing as a thumbnail is horrendous, have some shame NBC
About half the video was about the Boeing plant.
Why not it was a Boeing aircraft following an alarming recent worldwide patterns of sudden in-flight drops/plunges aboard this manufacturers models.
Boeing is the sound the plane made during the Dutch Roll ✈️
737 best plane ever😅
It really is, it made your air fares cheaper, along with its bigger sister 747
@@captainobvious6668 the 737 was a great plane. The 737 max 8 is not. McDonald Douglas made sure to cut every corner to save every dollar and fire anyone that tried to fix issues on the assembly line. We are going to see more max 8 crashes in the years to come, it’s very clear if you listen to the whistle blowers.
Southwest’s issue. Not Boeing.
Boings planes are falling apart left and right Doesn’t matter which airline it’s the PLANES SOLD TO THEM and not being properly inspected or maintained . Keep voting fir republicans and helping them roll back regulations and inspection requirements and then pray your planes actually land safely when you fly . Personally I’ll vote Blue and take the train thank uou no thank you
With recent Boeing events it wouldn’t surprise me if the pilots willingly took the blame instead of the aircraft since the consequences could be much worse for them otherwise.
@@pawsformercy1050 Oh yeah. Biden looks up for the task.
Southwest flys a Boeing 4200 flights/day. Boeings falling apart? Hardly
@@LEVELGAZANOW 737 Max is a disgrace, and you know it. 787 Ticking time bomb. Stupid folding wing 777 is a joke.
DEI Hires at work again
Do you know who the pilot was

Didn’t Earn It.
@@dreamsthatgotogether7553a boon
Obviously BOEING is having serious quality and safety control issues and until they get their act together you couldn’t pay me a million bucks to fly on a boing plane
I feel that about Mcdonalds and Starbucks…not boeing. No boeing = chinese airplanes
The same issues are going on at Airbus. A321 fuselage also is built by Spirit Aerosystems
So you’re saying Boeing is shipping the airlines defective pilots?
@@LEVELGAZANOW
No spirit is not building the entire fuselage for airbus. They are building components.
Your DEI hires hard at work.
Nothis in more important than safety says the airline. Yet it was their inexperienced pilot that almost killed everyone. Maybe they need to higher better pilots.
And the counterfeit parts….. nothing new there.
Counterfeit titanium from China is bad, m’kay?
Sounds like Biden should have invested money into getting more FAA inspectors instead of IRS agents. 🙄
Boeing put profits above safety. But if their planes are poor quality (like doors flying off) and nobody wants to buy them or fly them then………Boeing goes away.
Boeing again
Why is Boeing responsible for a less experienced operator who made an error while flying the aircraft.
When you accidentally hit the curb with your car tire and it blows, is that the tire manufacturers fault?
nope. SouthWorst again.
Still waiting on where all those missing children went
Whatever you say Qanon wackojacko..
Love how everything, if it involved Boeing in some tangential way, is being used to smear the company. Great work on getting your clicks, NBC. That’s about all you have. Are you going to start blaming Cessna for the significantly larger amount of pilot error and mechanical issues on their aircraft? or the same for Airbus? Of course not. I mean you guys forgot about the “Boeing” on March 8, 2024, 07:58 Local that involved a 737-8? If you had gotten a chance, of course you would, even though said incident was an Airport issue. Come on commentors, go read the NTSB preliminary reports.
How is anyone still flying with Boeing?
Airbus A321 is having the same problems
Has Boeing gone woke?
Based in Seattle🤷🏻♂️
Remember, the “s” in Boeing stands for “safety”.
None of the frat bros who now run Boeing get that joke
@SatansBirdLawExpert Too bad CEOs aren’t Made In China. Btw, notice how the report links Counterfeit Titanium to China? Yeah, nice reporting, as if nobody else makes Counterfeit Titanium. Better yet, Boeing might want to learn how to buy actual titanium from China next time
Boeing had nothing to do with the pilots screwing up. In fact, the plane complained about it.
@neilkurzman4907 Oh so Boeing is not the only clear and present danger to global aviation.
Boeing are flying coffins period………!!!!!!!!!!!!
Only the Maxes
You may be looking at wrong direction. This is probably due to dei in maintenance, other jobs etc.
DEI
You mean CEO greed
Boeing underestimated the value of nerds
DEI does what? Your life on the line. Really what does the government do right?
D E I didn’t make and sell fake titanium, that would be China.
It’s crazy how this company openly assassinated two whistle blowers and no legal action has been taken 😅
Conspiracy theories are 99% of the time false.
Government
It’s crazy how you have no evidence but think you could take it to trial. That looks suspicious is not going to get 12 jurors to convict. But good luck with your investigation.
Are these DEI pilots? If so then we are all in trouble! 😉🤨
I doubt it
@antoniobabb1938 Yeah, you’re right!
We’ve had problems with these planes before
If people only knew how much of an issue counterfeit parts are.
SURE!! NO COUNTERFEIT TITANIUM!! NOTHING to see HERE, folks! Move along!😮😮😮.
Turns out airbus spotted too. But counterfeit titanium sounds like a press Clickbait headline. Because it appears to be titanium with counterfeit paperwork.
After these whistleblower sudden deaths I’m not flying Boeing. I’d rather drive, train, or cruise.
Amazing just how many idiots there are out here, who only put their two cents in on things they clearly know nothing about as the press continues to sensationalize and drag Boeing’s name through the mud. For reference a Dutch roll can be triggered based on certain types of turbulence, especially if the pilot inputs the wrong command. AND THE AIRCRAFT LANDED PERFECTLY FINE. Mea while, over on the Airbus side, in 3 weeks, five Airbus jets had emergencies due to fires (and whatever was wrong with that Spirit Jet) but no one cares.
Nice try
@Wongseifu548 Worthless responce. Barking lousy to say your wrong, but nothing to actual refute it, which basically confirms my statement.
Flying in inclement weather the 737 was landing using the Instrument Landing System (ILS). The less experience co-pilot must have hit an updraft in the bad weather during landing and was above the landing ILS glide slope and dropped the nose aggressively and cut power not to over speed in the dive to recapture the glide slope. The captain ordered the co-pilot to hit the Take Off/Go around (TOGA) button to go to max power on the engines to go around. They diverted to Honolulu because it has a longer runway than Kauai; sounds like poor pilot training. The “Dutch Roll” sounds like it happened with the auto-pilot in control and not a pilot error, that’s why they when back to Boeing.
When I flew to Hawaii from US, it was on a 747. Isn’t a 737 Max 8 a little small for a flight over the Pacific? The Phoenix to Oakland flight seems more like a typical 737 route.
@@raymond3803 When you flew on a 747 back then, the FAA had a rule that jet planes had to have a minimum of three jet engines for reliability and power available due to a lost engine. With today’s jet engine reliability and powerful engines, the 737 can fly on one engine.
@@reecom9884 Unless I’m mistaken, every plane Boeing & Airbus currently manufactures (Single Isle & Wide Body) all have 2 engines. Can they all fly on 1?
If so, why don’t airlines (Who are so fuel conservative minded) only use 1 engine once they reach cruising altitude? Seems to me it would be cheaper, quieter, with less ware & tare if engine use was alternated.
@@raymond3803 If a plane loses an engine the plane is required to have enough power on one engine to reach an alternate runway. Over land back than there were enough alternate runways to land nearby after losing an engine on a two engine jet. Back than, flying over water on a two engine plane there wasn’t enough power on a single engine and would lose too much altitude before reaching land.
You’re wrong on all counts. The SWA internal pilot memo has already been released. Read up before commenting again.
Don’t fly boeing!!!!! Trust me. If you care for your life, DO NOT fly Boeing. Especially the max 8.
Ignorance is bliss
DEI special on aisle America
Yeah, blame the “less experienced first officer,” Boeing.✌🏼
How is the stock not $3 a share!?
Don’t insult the $3
So now its the supplier…great. that means any company could have a material flaw. these dozens of islated “one-time” instances have made me feel so safe.
DEI hire!
It’s like they don’t want to fight climate change…🙏🥂
Boeing or not. Hearing about these issues make me nervous to fly 🛩️ 😳. I know you’re more likely to die in a car than a plane but still. Idk.
Of course China man to blame…lame
I fly to Hawaii
i fly to nyc !!…???????????????
Don’t trust airlines today stany
Dutch roll sounds like something you buy at a bakery.
Boeing uses titanium throughout its aircraft in numerous critical locations, including the fuselage, the wings, the tail (including the horizontal and vertical stabilizers), as well as engine components, including fan blades and compressor blades, the outer shell of the engine, the landing gear, hydraulic systems (including critical pumps and valves), the airplane’s control surfaces (including ailerons, elevators, and rudders), engine pylons connecting the engines to the wings, and bolts and screws used in critical joints and connections, and rivets used to join sheets of metal in the airframe.
Now, which of those systems would you be okay with being made with fake titanium?
boeing 737-8 again and again, luckily the Philippines has no B737-8max if we have i will cancel my flight i don’t care. my aviophobia is on another level again.
Yeah that’s not adding up. They aren’t admitting something here. Southwest needs to really explain why a jet full of passengers almost went into the ocean.
They just did, watch the video
DEI Hire?
all these recent plane issues INCLUDING the one in singapore guess what planes….. boeing
Because you haven’t been paying attention, you’ve been ignoring that Airbus has incident too. And a pilot accidentally pushing the control stick down while cutting the power has nothing to do with the plane.
Is this what the whistleblowers were talking about?
It had nothing to do with the Aircraft. Not sure what happened with the first officer. But the Captain must have had initiated a go around at 500 ft, due to physics. The plane dipped to 400 feet before ascending in altitude again. But unlike a usual go around. The Captain decided that visibility of Lihue Kauai airport was too poor so they diverted to Honolulu Oahu Airport.
Captain and FO have to work as a team. To throw a less experienced FO under the bus is the sign of poor leadership of the Captan. The Boeing 737 Max handled the rapid ascent like a champ and they landed safely in Honolulu.
Ascent? You do mean Descent, right?
Obviously, the captain did not properly judge his capability
If the plunge was caused by a pilot’s input into the control column, then this is not Boeing’s fault
Of course not. But just ask the pilot, she will tell you it is all Boeings fault
The second incident was a technical fault on a Boeing. Now whether it is Boeing’s fault or not, in this climate it is bound to attract public scrutiny. Then again surely a faulty standby power control unit shouldn’t cause a plane to go into a Dutch Roll! So maybe that’s a design that should be at the very least re-examined by Boeing!
oh no there’s no fleet problem with the 737max. How could anyone think that?
SouthWorst again??
There’s no place for DEI in a safety culture! The FAA must get rid of this ideology!
This is scary.
Engineers, your huge charter planes are way too safe compared to makeshift boats !
Terrain alert really !
Close Airbus and Boeing !
The media’s lack of knowledge regarding aviation is ridiculous. Quit scaring people. They’re more likely to die on the road than in the air
If it’s a Boeing, I ain’t going😂
0:50 I see the problem – Boeing mistakenly put 4 engines on a 737..
Stupid news.
400 feet means that plane was about 4 seconds from crashing into the ocean
They were supposed to be at 1000 feet which would be 10 seconds from crashing into the ocean.
Captain should have been in charge!
How is this Boeing’s fault?
They are the company responsible for creating these airplanes. Of course they can be questioned.
