So terribly sad this – former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe such a good and decent man, through and through. May he recover quickly, with prayers and heavy heart.
People shot in the heart don’t recover quickly, if they recover at all. I don’t care at what speed the PM recovers, I just hope he makes it through, which seems unlikely. “Recover quickly” is typically something you say for a minor injury or minor illness…not a catastrophic wound that stops your heart while you’re lying on your death bed.

as many have said, which i can’t disagree, and truth be told: shinzo abe reaped what he sowed. i predicted for 12 years that jpn and other peoples would soon lose their patience and/or could not control their rage anymore, but people scoffed at me… as even more and more japanese people themselves could see how very dangerous abe and his right wing-fascist-war criminal-remilitarization and anti-korea/china (yasukuni shrine worshipping) tendencies, antics and vision (plus endless corruption scandals) were/are for japan. not to mention jpn people were losing countless opportunities because he and his cronies kept wrongfully provoking and insulting china (and disrespecting korean/asian peoples). i can’t say most japanese honestly regret this incident (even if the shooter was non-japanese). it was something i sensed was inevitable, even for timid calm japanese people… as everybody has a limit. now the ghosts of the 50 million innocent chinese/korean/asian victims of japan’s brutal invasion (that abe had more or less immorally defended) await his arrival on the other side.
