The term I’m used to hearing is “tied” rather than twisted but twisted is a means to submitting your opponent too. EU IMO is in the same boat, winter is around the corner 🎄
Both the EU and Japan could also try to not be US vassal states for a change. Will Japan continue to buy resources from the US although that country has invaded and destabilized many countries over the past 20 years?
That’s the price you pay for not thinking through when sanctioning Russia…herd mentality.
