Ya don’t say!
🎶 THANKS FOR WATCHING 🎶
Police don’t reform themselves. Which is why there is an investigation in the first place
This just in: Water is wet!
After 3 years of Biden and dems, why would anyone want Biden and dems, vote them out, boarder economy energy police woke and foreign policies and no common sense. They are hurting our country
Black Americans been telling yall this about all these race soldiers. End Qualified Immunity IMMEDIATELY🤬
They whine about everything so doesn’t mean much
@@tacituskillgore7437 You ain’t lying, cops definitely cry about everything and they have low IQ’s💯
The city had a black female police chief for years

Yep i see yhem hassling people on bikes all the time actually hurting them just to pull them in for a bike light, how about take the loud vehicles and stereos off the streets so we all can get some sleep
I agree with you about loud cars, and should enforce people speeding too.
If they let the department oversee reforms then it will be equal to doing nothing.
The DOJ video made it clear they are unable to police themselves.
You mean like now? Doing nothing about pests and criminals ?
@@LadieKadie No, I’m suggesting that the law gets enforced for both criminals and the police.

Finaly…
Do you know how many homeless Spanish and Indian drug addicts live on those streets in Phoenix????? What would you have them do! Homeless drug addicts cause a ton of crime and mayhem!!!! This is not the faults of business owners or police.
White and black too and I’m sure dealing with is tough most have real bad attitudes.
Right there is a segment of homeless causing problems .
The police are way too soft with criminals and we should look at what they’re doing in el Salvador and take notes… and hate to break it to you but the homeless population commit crime after crime
Right a lot of them drug addicted angry people don’t care about what’s right or wrong.
The problem cannot be solved by police brutality. Not all homeless people are criminals either and therefore lumping them all together is unjust.
The problem in El Salvador was that the country was overrun by violent GANGS, not individual homeless people.
These violent gangs terrorised young citizens, FORCING them to choose between joining up and family members’ lives. In that situation drastic measures had to be taken to stop recruitment in its tracks.
Your issues have yet to reach such dire proportions. You need to address the underlying causes of poverty and hopelessness.

🇺🇸😡while these guys/Criminals routinely get their rights violated well what did they do to get charges &what about the rights of their victims, murdered and other stuff ??? What about the Rights of the Community the Police Department serves ????? They have Rights too!!!!!! And the ones complaining are the criminals, THEIR Parents !!!!! and if they didn’t Break laws then, they’d be fine, kapish🤔🇺🇸
They care more about criminals rights than law abiding citizens.

It’s the qualified immunity that’s fueling their ego. Qualified immunity needs to be ended. If The officer is in question only in a court room by a judge and legal counsel it should be decided whether or not the officer is entitled to receive Qualified immunity protection, or Not. No officer should be let out on the street with qualified immunity in place, this is the number one issue of ego which causes 99.9% of the problem of excessive force and 100% of the loss of taxpayers money in lawsuits that should not even had occur. Qualify immunity should be granted only in a courtroom and not taken for granted like free glaze on their donuts, i’m sure and confident that once qualified immunity is ended, they will be a new breed of officer out there on the street, whose motto would be to protect and serve and not to harass and collect.
They say that Phoenix PD pulls over Hispanics more than whites for tint violation. How are the police supposed to tell someone’s race through tinted windows? What a joke. They also had a black female police chief and have tons of black and Hispanic officers
It sounds like the Phoenix PD was simply bullying the cities most vulnerable residence. If the DOJ found that these officers broke the law and victimized so many residence over so many years, why aren’t we seeing charges against these officers and their superiors? It seems like when a person commits a crime against a police officer he or she is usually arrested immediately, but when an investigation finds what most people already knew, that cops have been victimizing and committing crimes against citizens on a regular basis for years, none of the criminals get arrested or even lose their jobs. Does anyone actually believe telling criminals that “we know you have been committing these crimes every day for years” and making if official, is going to get them to stop committing those crimes??
Lol, don’t ever Study NYPD 🇺🇸😆👍🇺🇸
No kidding! Corruptions in law enforcement agencies across the country is all too common and overrated, including in the state of Arizona
Like half the police force is Hispanic yet they target Hispanic residents
Thank you, Doj❤
OHHHH Really?
Systemic abuse of CITIZENS
The response from PPD spokesperson was the correct mix of righteous indignation and pearl clutching. Great performance. We suppose the hundreds upon hundreds of hours of PPD body and dash camera footage FOIA released to local and national news outlets, cop watchers, and police reform activists doesn’t suggest the findings by the DoJ were not already well known? That yes, we acknowledge officers of the highest integrity and knowledge who follow the departmental policies, local-state-federal laws, and report their colleagues (sometimes with repercussions) in spite of the prevailing attitudes with coworkers and superiors? Not only PPD but the city and states repeated attempts to criminalize homelessness, to “other” those who are poor and/or homeless to dehumanize them with the attitude “they brought it on themselves” and “they are sub-human”. That a simple subscription to any of the many court apps doesn’t reveal the millions of dollars the tax base has had to absorb in civil damages? The number of officers and PPD officials who have been investigated internally that ended with no wrongdoing assessments even where strong evidence judged during civil suits indicates otherwise? The number of appeals attempts by the PPD attorneys (again paid for by the tax base) ended with officer qualified immunity being stripped? So please Mr. Outraged spokesperson, spare everyone the performance art.
It’s Arizona again!

This DOJ has no credibility. About to take over another department.
It takes nothing for the DOJ to be critical of a police department. What the DOJ won’t do is take over the department because the DOJ doesn’t have the skills to run a large police department, can’t budget for running a large department, and the DOJ is afraid that any scandals that occur while the DOJ is running the department will get all over their nice suits, and they can’t have that.
