Kenyan police watchdog probes police link to mutilated bodies

Police in Kenya have fired tear gas at crowds near a disused quarry in Nairobi, from where they’ve retrieved the bodies and mutilated body parts of at least ten people since Friday. It’s triggered outrage after weeks of anti-government protests during which rights groups say 41 people were killed and dozens abducted by security agencies.
