Russia’s Defence Ministry says Ukraine has carried out air attacks on the border region of Kursk.
That comes a day after Ukraine’s largest ground incursion into Russian territory since the war in Ukraine began.
Moscow said it sent reserves to repel hundreds of Ukrainian fighters and tanks that crossed into its territory.
