#WellsFargo #Investigation #Arizona
Arizona, the Florida of the West.
A bank should be having employees use badge to enter and exit. and if someone didnt exit then security should go looking. they were just slacking
They don’t care and lying
Imagine you’re the new guy, and that will be your cubicle.
Corporate offices are graveyards now airplane hangars with no one there but the cubes
Wells Fargo is evil and this is the proof. Wake up people and find a better bank
She will be missed.
She has a meeting with HR Tomorrow about working unauthorized overtime.
Making a comment to get rid of 666 comments.
What a way to die, alone and forgotten for a period of time. Shameful.
yep, jacked and boosted.
I wonder what she died of.
Constantly hearing bad things about Wells Fargo from customers AND employees. smh
I work at a hospital trust me on this, a decomposed body smells nothing like sewage, not even close.
I’m glad my mom canceled Wells Fargo in a long time….
This means that no security walks this hall or they weren’t doing their jobs. I know where I use to work, security walks up and down the hall to check things and if they see someone, they will walk thru again probably say hi just to see. Shoot, even if I had to stay late, everyday around 6/7pm, security walks thru and I think they log ppl down. And then they walk thru more often in spots with ppl… I suppose in case of “crime” like someone steal ppl’s staplers (HA!) but either way, you get checked on. If you see the same person laying on their desk in the same clothes for multiple days, then you know something is wrong. If you didn’t see that, that means you didn’t walk thru.
Has humanity lost its mind? 😲
This speaks volumes about people being disconnected and out of touch with their environment and their reality. People had become robots.💉 People can’t even think for themselves! How could these adults in a professional work environment not able to problem solved or have the Natural instinct to investigate the odor or to report it. People are conditioned and programmed not to question, not to react! These employees should be looking at themselves and questioning who they are as a person. The lack of decency Was voided in the employees on that floor. When you feel like you have no power that you can’t change anything. When you have lost your voice to question authority. When the moral compass has been set so low, you accept anything.
It’s just a white woman.
Should’ve asked for paid time off or a raise in pay. Would of gotten noticed right away then. This is unbelievable and someone is clearly negligent when people die in their cubicle and nobody notices.
Wouldn’t they have a cleaning crew show up on friday evening? If not, than what about sat or sun? Poor woman.
Hard work will set you free.
The cleaning crew must not have been back there all those days either! WOW.
At my work place in the office building. The cleaning crew isn’t allowed to enter the cubicles. The people leave their full trashbins in front of the cubicle for them to be emptied out. It’s up to the workers to keep their cubicles clean and organized. Some of them have sliding doors so you can even see
in them.
This sounds like foul play
Unfortunately…..I can actually can see how Friday to Monday happens…EASY
My problem is by lunch or at least cleaning ppl time Monday night how THAT happened.
But dying on Friday afternoon in an office building where most ppl work remotely and hookie out on Fridays…YES ….I can see that and the weekend is a given…..many offices are ghosttowns ( no pun) on the weekend
The kicker for me is MONDAY “all day” and when does housekeeping work….if they didn’t clean Friday nor the weekend or Monday ?
Someone is losing a contract 😮
That’s the way the capitalists want you to work.
This is so sad. This is why “team culture” is important. Recognize your employees, celebrate birthdays, send condolence cards…this shows big companies just see us as numbers.
Live your life, take that trip. You do not matter to your job
Can’t afford it
Wow! This made national news?? I’m glad! The family better not sue! She’s was gone for days! No call, texts or checkup! Really???? Poor lady 😔
4 DAYS! What a great bank it is.
She died as she lived. An independent woman focusing on her career.
May God have mercy on you. A woman died.
Sad someone passed away, but made me think of the overtime pay. If it was Disney, they would deny any overtime pay
So, will they get paid for those days in the office? 🤔
I wonder if the company will pay her for her work on the day she died.
Who does she report to?
EVERY SINGLE PERSON that works in that building should be ashamed of themselves. Cleaning Crew – Obviously not cleaning – Fired! Security Guards – Obviously not making full rounds – Fired! Manager – Obviously not checking on employees – Fired! Employees – Obviously not having any kind of concern or common courtesies – Fired! And they are bringing in a grief counselor. For what? It’s clear that none of them cared enough to even check on this woman.
Yet another reminder of how expendable we all are at work.
Why would they think its plumbing? How random is tht…has tht evn been a problem..an ongoing problem?
They still gonna write her up for OT
See? They AREN’T monitoring your keystrokes.
Well I guess we can’t accuse her boss of micro-management!
RIP. Jobs come and go, but you ONLY have one life. I know you need to make a living, but it’s important to keep connected. It’s easier said than done. But it may save your life one day.
this is so sad, this doesn’t sound right, someone done something or something else happened
blame dei
I’m so deeply disturbed by this incident. My condolences to all that are concerned,my p😢are for her family and love ones.
People please check on your coworkers on and off the job this deeply saddens me to the core to hear this.😔😢
There is a lot to consider here if you work in a cubicle farm making the stock holders richer by the hour. Wells Fargo is a corrupt company to start with.
Remember when they say theyre doing “back to office” for better productivity, they are lying to you ✨✨
Wow 😮😳 that’s some Carol and the end of the world stuff
4 continuous days! =O!
Don’t they have cleaning crew after hours? They would have noticed she was “sleeping “ at her desk when everyone was gone for the day.
How did a custodial staff not find anything over 3 nights.
Did her family not report her missing
Omgosh how sad !!! 😢
Same with employment agencies.
😊
Are security DEI hires?
4 days?? are there no security guards roving the facility and checking the offices especially after office hours?..
This is why remote work should take precedence. Employers need to reconsider return to office.
As long as you have a work buddy to daily check in remotely.
The janitorial staff should have found her, some people obviously work in the office. The janitor should have still gone thru the building properly and she would have been found. Where I work it is a ghost town, most staff work remotely but our janitorial staff go thru the whole building. You just never know when an employee will be in a specific section of the office working.
Let me tell you, these companies don’t care about any of us, yet somehow people still glorify working in corporate America.
Lord Jesus 😢😢😢
This bank sure is popular, and is never anything positive!
This is the world we live in now. Nobody checks in anyone anymore!
The video does say a fellow employee found her ON TUESDAY, listen up
no one from family also called for 4 days to check her status? and security did not care to know why she did not checkout for 4 days , rip old lady, very saddening to listen , god be with her .
Hey! Less of the old lady thank you very much. She was only 60 years old. That is young enough in today’s statistics… she could’ve worked another decade & lived for another two. I feel sad no colleagues stopped at her booth to day “hey let’s get lunch” 🥲
So nobody notice her car or that she didn’t clock out 🤔 most employers will contact you and asked about mis clocked out to edit
We are deeply saddened by the tragic loss of our colleague at our office our prayers and thoughts are with their family, well your four wholes days behind, someone in management or team should’ve found her the day of, this clearly show they don’t give a itch about their employees this is on record now Wells Fargo Bank
Good old USA. land of the free.
And I bet the company will have her replacement the day they remove her body.
and you wonder why people want to win the lotto so they don’t have to work for anyone
How will her family reimburse Wells Fargo for all that stolen time and missed production? It’s totally unacceptable that she was unproductive for four days. Horrible work ethic by this subordinate.
Pretty much how they view their customers…this is such a reflection of today’s work environment. RIP dear person.
I bet that position is already on linked in
Wells Fargo doesn’t even value their customers so you know they don’t value their employees. I have been with them since I was 19 and I regret getting connected with this bank. I can’t wait to finish my dealings with them and I am walking away
STAY AWAY FROM WELLS FARGO!!!
🤯😢💐😡🧐😢
– I’m not confident that the building is thoroughly clean now. 😠 While it may not be their direct responsibility, we’re all human—show some compassion.
– The security company and the cleaning crew should both be immediately terminated, and their contracts ended. 🚫
– Where were security and the cleaning crew from Friday to Monday? Don’t they patrol the floors? If an employee is at their desk after hours, it should have been reported. They should have checked in with her to ensure she was okay. 🚶♂️🕵️♀️
– The CCTV footage needs to be reviewed because someone must have seen her and ignored her. 📹👀
– The security company and Wells Fargo should be sued by the family for millions, without question. 💰💥
– The fact that her job was posted by Monday shows that her manager and HR had no regard for her. They should feel immense guilt over this. 😡💔
– The manager and HR representative should be terminated as well. Why didn’t they contact her emergency contact to check on her? But they had no problem posting her job by Monday to replace her! 😤📉
– That floor should be sealed off for 12 months as a sign of respect for the deceased. 🙏🕯️
I think a system security alert about a person still in the building was overridden. This the result of not a close enough inspection of the desk area and the belief the employee must have somehow already checked out of the building. No follow up on on an unanswered system alert because it had been cancelled. A bank security system at the very least must know who is in the building. I think she was not seen and against protocol, clocked out.
They just don’t care! What was security doing? The manager of the office?
This is truly sad
And Now they will hire somebody else…🤷🏾♀️😏
Wells Fargo Manager: “Get back to work Johnson, there’s no sleeping on the job!”
If you clock in to a job whoever does the end of day closing should have seen someone not clocked out, of course they chose not to address it or look for the employee cause they were lazy but come on. four whole days!
Talk about a toxic work environment.
If the age for retired keep going up ,,all of us gonna be kicking the bucket at our desk. ….dying on the job never to really enjoy life .
That’s just what they want too. Work til you drop.
Employee engagement!
I bet they sent emails to write her up….let me chill
shame on all of your!
People die. So what?
Perez John Brown Matthew Anderson Steven
Companies say “We don’t know why nobody wants to work anymore?” The problem is you are going to need a gaslighting therapist if this is going to work out for you. Probably have a minimum wage EAP therapist coming to help.
Where the heck was even the cleaning crew to have not noticed. Sad. May she rest in peace 🙏
Wells Fargo, too big to care.
That poor lady was just but one small cog in the machine
I’d fire security! How could they miss someone at their for four days?!
How could a WELL’S FARGO employee remain at work four days and not be detected by the janitors, by the employees and most of all by her supervisor…
Nothing adds up, nothing makes sense. There’s more to the story WELL’S FARGO is trying to cover it up…
lol
But but but but we are a democracy
We have rights or something similar and what not
How many other female employees met their demise like that too while so many people around would for example feel unconcerned while not really noticing anything amisss if the wife to a person with a lot higher income than they have has changed their first name or when a child with the same first name as before lwhile nearing age 18 ooks so very different that day at work too. Something which happened during the 1960’s scoop a lot more often than people might realize while so many people around prefer to suspect a wicked woman who is not changing her last name.
don’t trust them with your $$$
Johnson Michael Perez Laura Wilson Michael
That’s weird, the janitor personal can see the person in desk and don’t ask if he isn’t going out of work?? I work at janitor company and I check everything when I leave. No body can stayed later than me.
All they going to do is clean her desk up and hire someone els
😮
She had no coworkers that were her friends!?!!
