They need to listen to 911 calls where they cried and cried and lied. Alleged molestation makes no difference. They were old enough to leave the house but stayed and murdered for money.
You are tripping. Were you molested your entire life ? Just think of the psychological impact it did to them. Mans brain isn’t even fully developed till mid 20s as well. Take all that and the 35 years they already did. I myself been to prison and tbh i wouldn’t wish it upon my worst enemy. Especially in Texas.
@@Sonofliberty-o3c oh yes I forgot, killing your own parents then using there money to fund your lavish lifestyle. They killed them for money stop watching the Netflix docks that paint them in a good picture. Netflix the app that released Cuties and thought it was a good idea 😅
Why is resentencing appropriate? What they did was premeditated. Then they flaunted it. They’ve been living around criminals all these years. If released, they’ll be back.
Oh wait. Cali believes in letting criminals go. So they can go do more damage. Smh
🤦♀️”Which could free them prison…” *HUH?* 🧐
Ikr. I was like lost there for a second lol
I been following the developments with this case every since it started getting some traction in the media. They’ve served more than 30 years in prison for a offense they admittedly committed. In my opinion that’s enough time. Nobody should still be alive after spending that time in prison. However, that’s just my opinion. It’s not the law. In CA you can be sentence to life without the possibility of parole. And end up spending 40 to 50 years in here, or how ever long it takes for you to die. The reason I’m speaking out though is because although I’m happy for these guys and I hope the judge except the DA’s recommendation, I don’t see how a judge can look at the evidence they submitted as “new evidence”. Before the I’m judge can resentence them the court has to first conclude that the proferred evidence is actually new under the statues that govern these kinds of claims. Hence, I’m not optimistic about their chances of getting resentenced. I don’t think they will. More than likely this is going to be case that sets the stage for the higher courts to interpret the new legislative statues governing what constitutes “new evidence”. It’s possible that can take another 5 years or more to resolve.
Another thing I find a little troubling about this is the race factor. There’s several black men in prison who have real evidence that no judge or jury has ever heard and considered that they can’t get a court to look at for procedural reasons. So my question is, why these guys? ( Of course I’m joking; we all know why. Same reason these people want to free Scott Peterson. Again, I’m not hating on nobody. If Scott Peterson gets out of prison it’ll be because they didn’t play by their own rules to convict him. That’ll be good for him.) I’m just speaking
out for the brothers with the inconspicuous cases who don’t have a microphone to ask for their day in court.
Sweden has found that a sentence of more than 17 does not have a lower recidivism rate than a 17 year sentence.
They belong in prison for life they know that they killed their parents for their money , if they say that they were molested how come they didn’t call the police
American have some sick people running this world. He feels that way, so he want to change their sentencing.
Sounds like corruption if you ask me but it is LA so what do you expect.
