My wife and I were expposed to a person who later discovered that he contracted the virus from a co-worker. We contacted our hospital and our prinary care physicians. We were told our Republican Governor had slowed down the testing for the virus. I undergo treatment at a dialysis center and I have to be isolated from the rest of the population at an additional expense for the center. THESE POLITICIANS ARE RISKING PEOPLE’S LIVES TO WIN AN ELECTION.

The News are just stirring things up to get rating. The issue is not testing but not enough N-95 masks available to the public to purchase. The reason is unclear, but it seems the U.S. rely on China for the raw materials– polypropylene and its woven/non-woven fabrics. Back in the 80’s, the U.S. were the king of plastics. Since then, these industries have been exported to China and India because they are low tech and low profit margin.
