Two international airports in the Chinese city of Shanghai have cancelled all flights and authorities banned outdoor activities as Typhoon In-Fa lashed eastern China with high winds and heavy rains. Dozens of people have been crushed to death in a stampede at a Jewish pilgrimage site in the north of Israel, rescue services said.
