Dozens killed after Taiwan train derails in tunnel

It Is Taiwan’s worst train disaster in about 40 years. At least 54 people have been confirmed dead and dozens injured after a train derailed in a tunnel. The accident happened just north of the city of Hualien. Taiwan air force flexes muscles after latest Chinese incursion

0 Taiwan’s air force conducted drills to simulate a war scenario on Tuesday. The exercises took place just two days after the country’s air defence identification zone was breached twice by several Chinese planes. China is due to start a large-scale military exercise on Thursday in the disputed waters of the South China Sea. Taiwan to strengthen defences as China tensions escalate
