Car buyers prefer hybrids over EVs: Report

The U.S. auto market is seeing a growing preference for hybrid vehicles over fully electric vehicles. Hybrid sales have doubled since 2020 from Global Data, now outpacing pure EVs in the U.S. While pricier upfront, Idaho National Lab reported hybrids can save consumers money long-term on fuel costs.
