Tropical Storm Grace has made landfall in Haiti, with reports of flooding in some areas hit by Saturday’s earthquake. Haiti’s acting Prime Minister Claude Joseph, whose leadership of the nation has been disputed since the July 7 assassination of President Jovenel Moise, told the Washington Post newspaper he will cede power Monday. Authorities in Haiti say they have arrested two people in connection with the assassination of President Jovenel Moise. Four other suspects were killed in a gunfight with security forces. Moise was killed at his home early on Wednesday. His wife was injured and has been taken to the US for treatment. Tropical Storm Elsa is on its way to the US state of Florida after its destructive path wreaking havoc in the Caribbean.
