The head of Lebanon’s Hezbollah Hassan Nasrallah has warned that his group would fight with “no rules” and “no ceilings” in case a broader war with Israel erupts, and that nowhere in Israel would be safe from Hezbollah’s attacks. In a televised address, Nasrallah said that included possible targets in the Mediterranean Sea. People in the Republic of Cyprus have begun voting for their eighth president in the ethnically divided island’s 63-year history as an independent state, with three frontrunners. Cyprus ends citizenship through investment scheme
