Norway says the Palestinian Authority has received 114 million dollars in withheld taxes by Israel via Oslo – with more of the funds on the way. Israel collects taxes on behalf of Palestinians, but regularly uses its control of the tax revenues as a means to punish the PA. The fiancee of murdered Saudi Arabian journalist Jamal Khashoggi has demanded that Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman reveal the whereabouts of his body.
